I just saw one of the promotion related to rakeback which is around 70% and that’s definitely eye catchy statement and bold at the same time. I read about it through more info but it does not specify 70% rakeback of what? The wagered amount, the profits or the deposits and its X wagered amount. Not only you and I'm sure all of us gamblers here don't want their identity data to be sold on the black market.
But if you use a casino that is trusted and has a very good reputation, it is unlikely that the identity data you provide via KYC will be sold or leaked.
It all depends on which casino we use.
Maybe you feel that your data might have been leaked, but to be honest, I have given KYC to several casinos that I use, I never thinking that my data has been sold because I trust them in several casinos that I use.

Yes, I am writing about last year's event. I was returned the deposit, but the amount of the deposit was less than 10% of the amount that was in my account.
