OP from all you have said I have no doubt anymore of your stand but I think this casino are intentional doing this and if it is true to go by, they lost their credibility here.
Let's not jumping too quick to a conclusion for now. There is an instance of a reputable casino whose case I attended, where the accuser claimed they've been cheated because their KYC was rejected after a video verification and as it turns out, during the video call, the security team confirmed that the man on the video call doesn't match with the data submitted for KYC.
OP might be the one wronged here, or OP might be submitting a false document, or there might be other reason that we're not understand yet. Let's open for any possibility for the time being, and if there is a valid proof that Maverick cheated their user, I wouldn't mind leaving a negative tag for them myself.
Maverick, have you got any success in reaching to Tomas? I see that your countdown timer on CG is only 20 hours left. Can you assure us, in any possible way that you're comfortable to provide us with, that you've reached to the representative?
Hey, yes we have contacted Tomas. We've not heard anything further from him since we spoke last week.
To also go back to what we mentioned before:
"... we do ask for personal information in order to verify an account and in this instance, the player failed this. As a gesture of goodwill we've offered the user his original funds back, which are still in their account so can withdraw them.
We asked the player to contact our support team directly and worked with them directly to address this complaint. A link was provided to the Isle of Man Gambling Services Commission which was completed by the player. I can confirm that they reached out to us to understand the situation, and we trust that they communicated back to the player.
