this may be stupid, but on the solo mining instructions - what are "my password" and "my username". can I make them up? Or username and password for the SSH server?

Is there any way to copy/paste into the command line on Digital Ocean?

Standard ctrl c / ctrl v isn't doing it - had to type everything out thusfar the old fashioned way (which resulted in more mistakes than I care to admit)
