ICOs nowadays are just appearing every day and you don't know anymore what are the true projects and what are scams. Even if you do your due diligence, there is still a possibility that the team would run away with your money. I have seen some ICOs before that reach the hardcap but the team disappeared after that along with the investors money. If you want a fast return then it would not be ideal to invest in ICO because if you observed that price of the coins in the previous months, most of them are below ICO price and if you invest on it hoping for a fast return after it is listed on exchanges then it would be bad news for you.

I do not know how much you earned at ICO, but personally I never could. I spent a lot of money on 3 projects that turned out to be a scam. After that, I did not invest at all..

I have a feeling that you are losing money in scams or dipping price? It's just a feeling by the way bro everything happens for a reason. You don't know the biggest opportunity that will come at you. I suggest you to try airdrop or bounty campaign? In that activity you will not lose any money. You only need patience and hard-work because your income will be based on your work. Don't give up man. There are more other opportunity that awaits you.

if you can't take loss, you should forget about investing in ICOs. Also depends on how good research you're able to make. I invested in some ICOs and am expecting to see the long term outcome...

It is really inevitable that there are some ICO which fraudelentyscamming its investors. ICOs are profitable if you can do things right. We must research more about thw ICO before putting up your money.

Making money from ICOs is not as easy as it's cracked up to be and there is definitely a chance that you would lose all your money but that doesn't mean that you should let one bad experience stop you from investing, there are a lot of good ICOs out there and people are making money and a lot of money for that matter by investing in ICOs, just be more careful next time when you are choosing an ICO.
I agree with you. not all ico is bad, there is still a favorable ico for its investors. caution in choosing ico is in need, so we are not wrong in investing our money to ico project.

I think you don't have to give up to try to search earning money from ico because I am sure that in out there, there are still a lot of good projects that you can try. besides that, with the searching of the informations about the project, I think you can find what the projects that will give you some benefits especially to make money with the projects. but if you think it's enough to get scam from the ico then you can leave and never touch with the ico and will stay away from participating in any ico.

ICOs is a tricky buissnies. If you dont put in ALOT of work, and i mean ALOT of work, you will definetly lose alot of money joining ICOs. You would have to research EVERYTHING on the ICO, the team, the code, the bounty managers. But if you find a good one, you will make ALOT of money. I personally dont think it is worth it.

Don't beat yourself up too much I think everyone on Bitcointalk probably has at least one story of an ICO that they invested in going pear-shaped and losing their money. That is why you must never invest more than you can afford to lose but also do as much research as you can into the potential projects to help prevent you from these events in the future.
