I tried that. Mine never looked like that. Its all about how you prepare it and where you keep it. I kept my in a room, not covered on a room temperature.

Saying that Chicken McNuggets under a microscope contain "gooey stringy stuff" is pretty useless unless you can authoritatively say what that stuff is, and compare it to a chicken breast from the grocery store.
