ugh... i always feel weird after eating fast food.. its like a different kind of calorie burn.
Chicken nuggets have wood cellulose in them.
[citation needed] While many popular foods contain methylated wood cellulose, Chicken McNuggets aren't one of them. Though if they were, it would actually be the healthiest thing in them besides corn and chicken. I know it's healthy because I once ate a whole cup of it to win a bet regarding my omnivority with no ill effects besides my saliva turning to glue (don't try this at home). 
Can't you just buy chicken nuggets and cook them in the oven yourself? In the UK at least we have branded chicken nuggets made out of proper meat, or at least that's what they advertise.... Now you've made me want to buy chicken nuggets because I haven't had them in years

Why would you put chicken nuggets in an oven? Don't you guys have deep fryers?? 
(chicken nuggets here are a kids' food, so it's usually aerated, 15%+ water and "flavoring," with rib meat, and loaded with preservatives [even though they're usually sold frozen] - but it's often <$3 a pound. Who says we don't love our kids? There are "real" chicken nuggets in some areas, I've heard -- maybe out in Greenwich or something)
Irrefutably, best way to prepare chicken is chicken marsala. Quick and easy to make at home.

That'll likely happen with a "normal" hamburger, too, so long as the patty is as thin as the one pictured, in a dry environment, and also as salty as McDonald's (the bun also needs to be toasted). Is there any information out there on exactly how much CHICKEN is in a chicken nugget? I'm guessing about 10% in the US... different for other countries. I was talking with a guy last night who was telling me about the Canadian chicken nuggets - they are 3 times the price but the McDonalds employee he was talking with explained how much hormone, water and salt is pumped into "American" chickens... yuck
Well I'd hope if they're 3 times the price that they're better quality.
