From their website, there is indeed no whitepaper published. Maybe, you can request it from the official rep of this project, if they have one. And also, from their site, it says they are accepting donations as "payment" for listing as it will be given to charity 100%. Because honestly, some of the exchanges that you are listed with have not so good reputation among crypto users here.
