I guess, are there people, who practise meditation ? Could you please share your experience ? I love it very much, because meditation helps me realize, that i and only I have responsibility for my life and also helps me forget negative emotions and keep on happy living.

i didn't try it before, how to do it?

Ahah I have the same effect but after boxing  Grin. I try to practise meditation but it is so hard to me to concentrate because I am full of thinks!

Im not gonna say it can solve your problems, but it certainly helps if you do it the right way.

Yes, meditation certainly helps many people in their problems, but not always it can help, not all people will fit meditation. We are all different and solve problems differently.

There are a lot of scientific studies about the benefits. It lowers anxiety, improves focus.

I practice esoteric daoist meditaiton though, I think it's the most realistic path to super natural abilities. One of those huge if true things.

I've never liked meditation

In fact doing sports helpes me to calm down and to restore vitality. Also my hobbies do the same. Maybe i meditated somehow wrong Grin Roll Eyes

Why no practice Yoga? you can meditate, do workout and you can meet beautiful and fit women that is a win-win situation. Yes, I practice Yoga a lot Cheesy
