8bet is able to detect multiple accounts, perhaps it will be better if they block any account associated to the suspected/proven account that tried to abuse their bonus. Other better solution is to change how the free spins code works, posting it here every day without any requirement will always invite abusers to try taking advantage from the free spins code. Although there is a wagering requirement for the winning amount from the free spins, I do believe abusers do not really care about it as long as they do not risk anything.
Actually, the old users can use the code if patiently for 14 days. Multiple accounts is very useless if don't have multiple phone numbers to withdraw it. In good faith, we will ask the support team to clear this user's withdrawal despite the flags of multiple accounts, and their funds will be released. However we will respectfully ask this user @SerhiyN3 to no longer play at 8BET and will no longer be welcome to the regular freebies.

SerhiyN3, I think you should accept their decision and adapt the title of your accusation post to reflect the fact that your case has now been resolved.
I had to call 8Bet attention to the accusation, most times this gambling sites don't use bot to know when they are mentioned and forum doesn't have the feature to notify members of mention. I decided to bring it to their thread and I am glad they responded swiftly to the accusations. Now I think it is better if there is a better terms and conditions for the free spins code to minimize the number of abuse.
