SerhiyN3, I think you should accept their decision and adapt the title of your accusation post to reflect the fact that your case has now been resolved.
I had to call 8Bet attention to the accusation, most times this gambling sites don't use bot to know when they are mentioned and forum doesn't have the feature to notify members of mention. I decided to bring it to their thread and I am glad they responded swiftly to the accusations. As I see it, 8bet is one of the gambling sites which makes it easy for the newbie to create an account and farm. Even though they have tightened up the system by tightening withdrawal requirements, but still many cheaters slip off, which means no matter how strict the system if loose supervision that could be easy to penetrate cheaters.

Yes, they posted free spins code almost every day and I think not many new people aware about it so high likely old users tried to take an advantage by creating multiple accounts to claim the free spins code. It is not a new thing in this gambling industry, where there is a chance to make some free money then there will be effort of abuses. In above case, 8bet give the chance for the player to take the winning but deposit is required. Now I think it is better if there is a better terms and conditions for the free spins code to minimize the number of abuse.

Sorry, but I don't see why you're actually complaining. Casino support replied that they will honor your winnings and pay you your $7, even though they have evidence that you used multiple accounts to abuse their promotions. Also, it's their right to refuse service to you in accordance with their policy, so you'll have to try your luck somewhere else. And if you think you can cover your tracks by changing your IP address or using a VPN, don't bother, gambling providers use numerous methods of multi-account detection that you probably don't even know about.
There is no need to discuss this further since you have no case to argue. Don't get me wrong, I'm not accusing you of anything. I'm just pointing out that there is really no logic that they would try to scam you for such a meager amount. And, if they no longer want to do business with you, they obviously have valid reasons for doing so.

As far as I know, 8betnews does not engage in any conversation with forum members. There is no way I know for certain whether he is even a real person or simply a bot that publishes regular updates about the casino.
