That doesn't sound very promising at first, but they may have a technical problem on the site so the correct history isn't displayed. I think the op of the site will eventually have to respond. Of course it would have been better if there had already been a response, but maybe you should try to have a little more patience. It can have all kinds of causes, but it is annoying if you have to wait and no one from the site responds substantively. Could it have something to do with KYC?

I requested a WD 3 days ago and still didn't get my money. Is this site a scam?
Did you withdraw a winning from the free spins code or a winning from your deposit?
Is there any status you can read of your withdrawal on your transaction history?
If your withdrawal came from the free spin code, how much you try to withdraw?
Afaik they have lowered the max allowed amount to withdraw from the free spins code, so if your withdrawal is higher than the max amount, it can be the reason why you have not received your withdrawal.
I requested 0.00316 BTC, where 0.001 came from Deposit, another 0.001 came from Deposit Bonus (I managed to make a required wager almost without losses) and another 0.001 came from free lotto winnings (in a period of more than three years).
No statuses in History section (except of plain "21:59 Withdrawal -3.16"), no transaction ID. And no money came to my wallet. And they don't answer neither to email, nor in Telegram.
