If a casino has a license they are no shadow, the identity of the UBO is known.

They pay just to get to show their logo at their site so people "think" that its actually regulated. This pretty much fools most newbies and they think its like some kind of "FDIC" insurance. Little do they know that anything Bitcoin related is never properly regulated.

This is actually why many casinos who want to stay legit and if they are based in the USA they will have to relocate if they want to keep running their site. Even non-bitcoin based casinos are having issues with regulation.
