That is a good suggestion, indeed. I believe this will be effective. Casinos generally do not bother much when players complete the KYC upon signup. But when they see that the player has a big win or deposited big amounts of money, they start to dig into everything and delay the verification. So, it is better to complete the KYC before making any transaction.

Regarding this specific case, I find it very frustrating for the player. Since Royse said he has contact with Megapari and he reached out to them, we can expect a solution. But as time pass by, the waiting continues for the player.

This is nice of you to have been able to contact the casino team for swift actions. I have read through the thread and I noticed there have been some complaints with respect to the KYC system with casino which is not encouraging. This alone would discourage potential customers if it continues this way. You are nice and good to have been able to take up this task, I commend your efforts.

I was able to seek attention from my contact in MegaPari. They will have a look on this case. Let's hope there will be a positive ending if the case has not resolved yet.

The contrary option is that, anytime you want to create an account on any of the casinos, first, make sure you complete your KYC verification from the start and before making your first deposits, and if possible first make a small deposit and play with its win withdraw to test the system before making other efforts on those casinos, this is what I do and it has been helpful so far and I have made way with total avoidance of such crisis on crypto casinos, magapari is on the news lately regarding their KYC system and how gamblers are being rejected from verification most especially the document stage.
I hope the team will work on this to further improve their service to accommodate and be friendly to the customers because if gamblers get too frustrated passing KYC verification it will push them to look at other casinos that have flexible and accommodating verification processes, this is very important and it should be taken as a matter of urgency to avoid misinformation in the general public because I already saw a thread accusing megapari casinos of scams and unwarranted KYC demands.

As I said, I played on Megapari before and participated in some forum contests as well. Everything went well with me. But after reading about the situation with babobaa, it seems frustrating. Once, I had to complete KYC on another platform, and they were doing the same thing (Asking for different documents one after another). They do this so you get frustrated and never go back and leave your funds. At the same time, you cannot really say it's a scam. Because they are asking for documents, you could not provide them. There are a bunch of similar threads on the scam accusation board. But that is not a scam, to be honest.

This is exactly what I did with a crypto casino in the past. They harassed me with endless KYC crap and finally released my funds after which I completely blocked the site and never recommended it to others.

babobaa should do the same since his case is similar to mine and I don't think they will steal his funds to be honest. Trash stalling tactics.

I know this is frustrating, but I don't think the DT members will leave negative feedback for such a case. The casinos have some shady rules. The user accepted the TOS before they signed up. The user has to complete the KYC if the casino requests it. No matter how hard it is. There are no solid evidence of scam. So, no negative feedback for now.

All I can say is to try to complete the KYC, withdraw your funds, and move on. But at the same time, I don't like how a casino asks for documents one after one. If they need dozens of documents, they should write them in a single message so that the player can gather all the documents at once.

It's completely absurd to be honest, very annoying to say the least, i have never experienced such before but reading through the babobaa's post, I am feeling very annoyed like I was the one going through such experience...

I read and comment3d on babobaa's dedicated thread to this issue, and my advice to him was to create a scam accusation against this casino, provide all the evidence of this claim here and then sit back and allow the DT members of this forum to treat the matter, because as long as I am concerned, this is scam attempt as the casino might be doing this in order to fraustrate the gambler into forgetting about his or her money, or possibly playing and losing it all back, such tactics against gamblers should not be accepted at all.

This is shit, to be honest. The casinos should ask whatever they need at once. You cannot ask me one after one and keep delaying the payment. If you need ten documents, please mention them all in one message, and I will gather them. But if you ask for one document, and 72 hours later, you ask for another document and keep repeating this for a couple of weeks, this is shady behavior.

I understand that casinos may have different ways to verify their users. Probably there are some scammers who always try to abuse the casino bonuses. But casino harassment is going to the next level these days. BTW, people even submit KYC for their $20 withdrawal. You are talking about $400.

And of course I was right. After ANOTHER 3 DAYS I got this in my mail : You should make a selfie with a sheet of paper with a current date and code X8W73A written on it. Your face and all data should be clearly and fully visible.

How on earth is this necessary after I already have sent them a photo with my face holding my ID in the right hand and my phone showing my mail from Megapari in the left?
Stalling tactics confirmed. I urge everyone to stay away from this site because intentionally trying to stall people from making a withdrawal.

I am new to Megapari and have been using them for a few Weeks now. I am a gambler with over 50 different sites used over the last 5 years.

I made a bad decision to put too much money into this site that I noticed later had a bad reputation with a lot of customers (based on what I've read on various sites and forums) so I am a bit nervous about what is going to happen now when I try to make my first withdrawal and when I see how they are asking for multiple and extensive documents compared to any standard that I have experienced. What I have done so far is just to play on their sportsbook and I have been limited there after around maybe 400 USD in profit ( hence why I am now making a withdrawal.)

I am worried because I already see the signs of them stalling while I continue to send in documents. My own theory regarding this is that they do this in order for people to have enough time to spend their bankroll and lose it all back meanwhile they are frustrated and waiting for their endless verification process. I challenge anyone that thinks otherwise to show me that shady Sportsbooks are NOT making millions out of their customers when applying this tactic..  I just try to stay away from the sportbooks that do once i notice it.

One other thing that got me a bit worried is the one where I had to send in a selfie with holding my ID as well as showing my correspondance with Megapari through my mail( ALL in the same picture and the details had to be clearly visible..) Thankfully I recently bought a newer phone because my old one wouldnt be able to capture all that in the same picture without it getting blurry in places.

 It took me a while but I managed to take this so all the info are now super clear. It then took over 72 hours and now they want a utility bill, which I have already sent in and still waiting ( Im guessing for at least another 72 hours before they either tell me to redo the thing or send in another document.

These stalling tactics are very despicable to me and there is no excuse for it when reputable sites either ask you for everything at once and get it over with or they verify it either straight away or within at least 24 hours.

At the moment Im just waiting for the next step, but its not looking too good.

You guys seems not much active these days. If you write one post a month, it is not going to get much attention from the community. I almost forgot that there is a casino named Megapari. I often try casinos that are mostly active on the forum and update the community with latest promotion and offers. You guys worked with some reputed managers before, why don't you try some new campaigns again? if there is not much budget right now, try some different campaign that managers may suggest. Just try to stay around and engage with the community. It gives the players some confidence to try your platform.
