You are right, it actually isn't the responsibility of a campaign manager to mediate or interfere in issues between a player and the casino, but still on the other hand, they are still indirectly responsible to carry out such task because a person or user managing the marketing of a company is already an direct or indirect employee to the company, and since he's been paid by the company, what ever affects the company will affect him/the money he is earning from the company.

Now I give you an example or very recent events, when a lot of users started having issues with freebitco, and Hhampuz being the marketing manager of freebitco tried all he could to reach out to the freebitco team to find out what is going on, and for several days, he could not reach the team, he had no choice but to immediately put the freebitco signature ad campaign to a stop for the sake of his own reputation and to avoid being a reason why his participants will waste their time.

So, directly or indirectly, campaign managers do have that responsibility of ensuring that the casino they work with, is free of issues with any user/gambler at all time, for if and when the issue escalates, it will affect the manager who will have no choice by to put that marketing campaign on hold or end it for the sake of his/her reputation.
A responsible and experienced manager will always try to keep his clients PR high and a way to do it to address any issues that is raising against the businesses they are working with. Not all business representatives are active in the forum so for them it is normal to overlook any bad case against them.

Ok so after 72 hours I got this update " Dear user, please provide us with colored photos of your national ID card (both sides, please). Photos must be in JPG format.
This is after I have sent in my passport seperately and also me holding my drivers license in a seperate picture..

I responded saying:  " Hello. I dont have a National Id Card like I said in the past. I have a drivers license and a Passport... If you look back in our conversation I already sent you my passport like you wanted.. "

The answer I got back from this was : "Your request has been sent to the specialists, wait for the answer."


So lets see if they are going to take another 72 hours just to answer me here...
This is truly BIZARRE and I think its hard for anyone to claim that this is not a stalling tactic at this point.
Additionally you can PM the OP (Team_MegaPari) you account details like username, account ID etc. Also write that I suggested you to do that with the reference of this post. The team is aware about your case after I contacted them. Rest assure I am pretty sure that they will do their best in their terms. The team is always professional.

As I can see, you were online yesterday but did not respond to what Royse wrote to you. Did you get any response from them? Were you able to complete your KYC? I am afraid that no matter what they say, you should try to complete your KYC with whatever documents you have and what they ask. Since you already said that you do not have an ID but a Passport and driver's license, it should be okay. Let the community know about your current situation. If we do not hear anything from you, Can we assume that your issue was solved?

The user did not post in last two days. In my last post I was asking update about the case. There are no response in that too. From my side, two individuals are aware about this case and they told me they will look into it however a response from the accuser will at least let us know that the case is still existed or it has been resolved already.

As you can see, the accuser posted an update and according to him, MegaPari asked him to send a colored image of his ID card after 72 hours of submitting the previous documents. I don’t understand what takes them 72 hours just to ask for some documents. The worst thing I see is that they even take 72 hours to reply. If they want ten documents, they can ask for all of them simultaneously. But no, they ask one after one, and each document takes 72 hours to get verified. It will take several months to satisfy them with the documents. Could you please ask them again what is going on?

This is now soon 72 hours since i posted the last document that they asked from me, that is why I have waited with an update. I am currently waiting for their response which should be in later today.

Im hoping that they will just verify me completely this time , but I am expecting more stalling.. Let's see!

That is a good suggestion, indeed. I believe this will be effective. Casinos generally do not bother much when players complete the KYC upon signup. But when they see that the player has a big win or deposited big amounts of money, they start to dig into everything and delay the verification. So, it is better to complete the KYC before making any transaction.

This is nice of you to have been able to contact the casino team for swift actions. I have read through the thread and I noticed there have been some complaints with respect to the KYC system with casino which is not encouraging. This alone would discourage potential customers if it continues this way. You are nice and good to have been able to take up this task, I commend your efforts.

All I can say is to try to complete the KYC, withdraw your funds, and move on. But at the same time, I don't like how a casino asks for documents one after one. If they need dozens of documents, they should write them in a single message so that the player can gather all the documents at once.
This is exactly what I did with a crypto casino in the past. They harassed me with endless KYC crap and finally released my funds after which I completely blocked the site and never recommended it to others.

Baobab should do the same since his case is similar to mine, and I don't think they will steal his funds, to be honest. Trash stalling tactics.

As I said, I played on Megapari before and participated in some forum contests as well. Everything went well with me. But after reading about the situation with babobaa, it seems frustrating. Once, I had to complete KYC on another platform, and they were doing the same thing (Asking for different documents one after another). They do this so you get frustrated and never go back and leave your funds. At the same time, you cannot really say it's a scam. Because they are asking for documents, you could not provide them. There are a bunch of similar threads on the scam accusation board. But that is not a scam, to be honest.
