Ok so after 72 hours I got this update " Dear user, please provide us with colored photos of your national ID card (both sides, please). Photos must be in JPG format.
This is after I have sent in my passport seperately and also me holding my drivers license in a seperate picture..
I responded saying: " Hello. I dont have a National Id Card like I said in the past. I have a drivers license and a Passport... If you look back in our conversation I already sent you my passport like you wanted.. "
The answer I got back from this was : "Your request has been sent to the specialists, wait for the answer."
So lets see if they are going to take another 72 hours just to answer me here...
This is truly BIZARRE and I think its hard for anyone to claim that this is not a stalling tactic at this point.
Additionally you can PM the OP (
Team_MegaPari) you account details like username, account ID etc. Also write that I suggested you to do that with the reference of this post. The team is aware about your case after I contacted them. Rest assure I am pretty sure that they will do their best in their terms. The team is always professional.

You are right, it actually isn't the responsibility of a campaign manager to mediate or interfere in issues between a player and the casino, but still on the other hand, they are still indirectly responsible to carry out such task because a person or user managing the marketing of a company is already an direct or indirect employee to the company, and since he's been paid by the company, what ever affects the company will affect him/the money he is earning from the company.
Now I give you an example or very recent events, when a lot of users started having issues with freebitco, and Hhampuz being the marketing manager of freebitco tried all he could to reach out to the freebitco team to find out what is going on, and for several days, he could not reach the team, he had no choice but to immediately put the freebitco signature ad campaign to a stop for the sake of his own reputation and to avoid being a reason why his participants will waste their time.
So, directly or indirectly, campaign managers do have that responsibility of ensuring that the casino they work with, is free of issues with any user/gambler at all time, for if and when the issue escalates, it will affect the manager who will have no choice by to put that marketing campaign on hold or end it for the sake of his/her reputation.
