Really? Not very knowledgeable about it actually but if it can be listed on stock exchange then i guess this is going to be big. how do we verify such information by the way? ITs not like we can just rely to those words though. Forgive me for such a being such skeptical, most of the time i am.

No it would not be listed on stock exchange. OP says it's a typing mistake. Seems very funny to me, how they can do such a mistake. It changes the whole meaning of project.

On home page of Mercatox it's written that 100 Bitcoin is minimum investment. And here you are saying that tokens would be deployed even if 100 Bitcoin not reached.

So how would you distribute the rest 95 % of shares?

You are allocating 10% of collection to Safety. Whose safety are you ensuring with this?

Still looks very similar to other exchanges. Why would someone use your exchange over poloniex? I might've missed something.

Our exchange is working with crypto-currencies and digital money supported by all kinds of payment systems such as Perfect Money, Okpay etc.
We are planning to add more payment systems to work with.
We just don't fiat to work with USD, EUR etc. Digital money used by several payment systems has it value on the market.
Even though they are bundled to fiat, they do not belong to the fiat.

It is unlikely. Our crowdsale just started and already shows very good results. But even all of a sudden we collect lower amount targeted, this won't change our plans. Percentage on purchased tokens will be distributed according to crowdsale total amount. We will continue to work on this project anyway.

I personally don't like the distribution. Only 5 % started for crowd campaign.

Assuming Mercatox reaches exactly 100 Bitcoin. So 0.05 % share in company for 1 Bitcoin.
Let's assume daily volume to be $100,000 ( after some months, currently it is very less)
Fees is 0.5 % Right?
So profit of $500 per day
Profit of $ 182500 per year.

For 0.05% share, dividend= $91.25 per year

At this rate you would hit ROI in 8 years !

Note that I have not considered bonuses
Also I have not considered the money used in legal, development, etc work , which means even less ROI.

@Mercatox please tell me if I'm wrong somewhere. I'm not sure what the trading fees is.

Trading platform is only some part of our project. It's being implemented and we are working on improvements, running promotion.

The reason for running crowdsale campaign is to develop project's add-ons such as payment services, p2p exchange, platform integration into other web sites etc.

Your calculations are pessimistic a bit.
I would like to confront Your opinion and would like to ask You to have a look at popular crypto-currencies exchange or directory forex brokers turnovers. With the worst case scenario daily turnovers they are at least 10000 btc 24h volume(~$7mln)

And this(exchange) is only one part of our project.
Thereafter our MERCA holders will be getting percentage from net profit from all of the platform and all services.
