I personally don't like the distribution. Only 5 % started for crowd campaign.
Assuming Mercatox reaches exactly 100 Bitcoin. So 0.05 % share in company for 1 Bitcoin.
Let's assume daily volume to be $100,000 ( after some months, currently it is very less)
Fees is 0.5 % Right?
So profit of $500 per day
Profit of $ 182500 per year.
For 0.05% share, dividend= $91.25 per year
At this rate you would hit ROI in 8 years !
Note that I have not considered bonuses
Also I have not considered the money used in legal, development, etc work , which means even less ROI.

Trading platform is only some part of our project. It's being implemented and we are working on improvements, running promotion.
The reason for running crowdsale campaign is to develop project's add-ons such as payment services, p2p exchange, platform integration into other web sites etc.

Your calculations are pessimistic a bit.
I would like to confront Your opinion and would like to ask You to have a look at popular crypto-currencies exchange or directory forex brokers turnovers. With the worst case scenario daily turnovers they are at least 10000 btc 24h volume(~$7mln)
And this(exchange) is only one part of our project.
Thereafter our MERCA holders will be getting percentage from net profit from all of the platform and all services.
