I made some initiatives recent weeks, so I hope that the OP author will take a look at it.
Thanks in advance for your time to glance at them all.
My two helpful topics:
1. Daily merit time series
2. Time series on monthly New topics, new users, new posts of the forum
I think they are deserved merits.

[...]
You could alternatively ask them to link to ten different posts that they think are merit worthy just to speed up the process a bit.
[...]
However asking them to link ten different posts looks good to speed up the process, i will keep it in mind if i need to change the application process in future.

I ran a free review service some months back here: vlad230's post review service - Jr. Member and up and you'll be amazed how many spammers I got in it that linked 3 okish posts but the rest were garbage posted on page 40-50+ in mega threads. So, make sure you keep a look out Smiley

That's the reason why i didn't ask them to provide selective posts, it hardly takes extra 1, 2 min to review the latest post history.

I would like to encourage you guys to take a look at the post history of every applicant instead of just looking at a few posts. Better yet, you could just look at ten posts and then also browse through the post history.

Constructive or quality doesn't mean high word count in a post, some people needs to understand this.

Could you make it so the spreadsheet links to "last posts of this person" and "last topics by this person"? Instead of just their forum profiles, it will make this entire process a bit faster for people who just want to check out the spreadsheet and see if they can award some fast merits?

You could alternatively ask them to link to ten different posts that they think are merit worthy just to speed up the process a bit.

"Last posts of this person" is just a single click away from the forum profile, there is no need to change it.

Is it possible to add topics that have been published in Arabic or are you talking about subjects in English only ??

Only English, no other languages.

Spreadsheet will full by spammers and you will not find legit person who deserve merit.
Sorry for the off topic, may I ask if spreadsheet or google docs fail sometime?
Because i noticed this in vintili spreadsheet, same btc address attached. How did that happen? Same btc address but not the same btt account. Maybe this user own this two accounts? Or maybe this only a typo error?

Please check here,
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JKbBzxhLlY11wa4bcMKn2JCslTCeSmFk9oOvD38phgw/edit?usp=drivesdk
Spreadsheet No,303 Cryptomonyet
Spreadsheet No,304 Oksan89

I don't think the google form will fail like this. All of the informations that is being stated in the form will be listed on the spreadsheet once you clicked submit. If same BTC address was attached in the spreadsheet it's better to look the profile of the accounts if they're related. No doubt, this cases always happen in the spreadsheet because of bounty abusers.

If there are no enough proof to state them as an abusers, maybe some people are just trying to troll their accounts.

@oksan89 (spreadsheet no.307) can't be seen now in the spreadsheet, I think the bounty manager remove her/him.

Cryptomonyet and Oksan89 are now listed respectively as no. 284 and 285.
These guys BTC address had a lots of money -blockchain

this is not a bad idea at all, since some of the member in this forum have a good idea that deserved a merit too but in the other side, more people might promote their self using other account to get merit and also get promoted too.

No drunk or tired. I submitted my profile on a weekday in the morning.

Where can I find my user ID?
You can find your profile ID by clicking on Profile -> Forum Profile information you'll see the URL of the page changes and see your profile id listed there.
Mine looks like this:
Code:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1268116;sa=forumProfile

You just need to remove the last part and you'll have:
Code:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1268116

Your profile link is: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/don-pedro-dinero-1107222

I tend to try to use merits to encourage the creation of new and worthwhile topics. When we are able to reduce the spam a bit more, the existing threads will be found and rewarded.
The thing is although you create useful topics, they get buried by spam extremely fast.

Let me give you an example: I've researched the best exchanges to use for myself (for about a week or two) and decided to create a resource/guide thread about it, in case someone else will find it useful.

It got immediately buried by spam and got just a few views: [Guide] Best/Top Crypto Exchanges: Fees & more

What do you think about that?

Most of the other Merit Giveway threads got moved to the Off-topic section, wonder why this one is still here.
maybe they know that if they transfer this into the off topic section it will just get spammed by shitty asshole Jr.

You made a merit service/merit giveaway thread on our local, did you think that it will be also get spammed by those shitposters?  Huh

Great thought, i appreciate the way you are encouraging others to make valuable topics.
I will try to do the same.

What if you link those threads so people can easily view the contents of those participants on the list? They can also determine if the merit service works well and will continue here or should be move in the Off topics. Also, merit sources and people that has many smerits will merit those if it's a worthy contents or in a taste of them.

Thanks. I don't know why it appears without the ID number when I go to my profile.
Do I need to submit my profile again with the user id, OP?

If you only click the PROFILE button in the menu bar, it really doesn't give you the link with your USER ID. But if you click your name within your previous posts it should give you the link with your USER ID.

And to help you out... this is your link mate. Smiley

Code:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1107222

Also, I think there shouldn't be a problem resubmitting your application Wink right OP?

There is no review for users who can't even post their profile link.
I don't think so they are eligible for it.
