I don't know this miner.

Will this work with avalon 741 miners? How do I set it up?

Small "bug" in the setting screen on the donations section. I have it set up to donate 90min/day. I then click "View Past Donations" and that is where I see the error.

It seems when you sort the donations by date, they end up getting sorted alphabetically by day of the week and not by the actual date.

i do not think other miner software is supporting gekkoscience 2pac.
is it possible that the time settings is causing the freezing bcs my dashboard time is 6:58 pm and my miner log is 16:58 is 2 hours behind.
when i change the setting time is mostly get a msgs like time invalid

Try another miner software, perhaps some new lib conflicts with it.

still not running ok still freezing

after 5 times of reinstalling everything is working again .it mines already for 8 hours straight no problems

i really wanna share that with u but i am a totally noob with it.if u can tell me how i can find them then i can share it with u.
i have a gekkoscience 2pac miner with cgminer vthoang i use those steps for install.

That boot error doesn't relay to any problems. If your raspberry completely freezes during mining the problem could be in the mining software, what are you using? Can you check the logs after the freeze? syslog and miner log could help.

morning from the netherlands.

i have downloaded the file from the website.
with apple-baker i bake the file on my sd card.
i have one failed line during the start up i saw it on the forum more people have it but did not see any reaction on that.
but further it runs and start minera.
after a few hours of mining minera chrash its not doing anything anymore also mining stops.
i never had it with the previous version.
the only thing i can do is take the power off it.
turn back on and its running again for a few hours.

someone has a idea what that be the problem.

on youtube there is a video that show u step by step how todo it.
just search minera raspberry gekkoscience.

How can you get GekkoScience 2pak to work in minera?

Yes it is, but Minera is not able to get data from multiple local API by itself.
You can try this:

- Start the second local miner manually, and give it a different port than 4028 (default one), like 4029.
- Go to Minera settings
- Add this new miner as network miner using 127.0.0.1 as host and 4029 as port.

It should work, and you should see the stats from the second miner, but that's all.

As for two miners and one NOT being a custom, it's not as simple as having the API run on a different port?

Multiple miners are not possible, I mean you can manually start another process but Minera will not take care about it.

FYI - I needed to use the 8.0 image to get things running. Even my initial 7 install needed to be the image, the install onto fresh Raspbian just refused to fire up.

Upgrading from 7 was just a no-go even after apt-get update and upgrade.

After a few reboots, the 8 image has settled nicely and it working as expected.

I am interested on how to run two miners at the same time though. I would like to use CPUMINER for my scrypt devices but also have SHA256 units managed by CGMINER and it all be in the same dashboard.

Is that possible?

I thought it was possible to get temps, hashrate, and pool mined.

i think you're confused as to what minera is for.

all it will do for the s9, a remote miner, is show pool info and stats.. it wont do the charts or anything in the dashboard, those only work for local miners..

I don't think bmminer is compatible. You should have Cgminer instead.

I am trying your software. Very beautiful, and many features. Good job.
But i cannot add Antminer S9 (13.5T, bmminer 2.0), API available.
Minera detected on the network, IP and port seems to be good. But after in dashboard, i have Offline status...

I change the config on Antminer, like i do for Awesome iner software.

So my question is "is it compatible ?", i change the password on my antminer, it's maybe a problem ?

It seems in the last pages of this post, it must work.
