I think you should offer a percentage of each hashed coins fees to each coins core devteam. Or at least to bounties for project developments for each coin respectively paid from each coins fees to each coins new development bounties. Like a lot of the leading pools hashing Monero already do - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/xmr-monero-a-secure-private-untraceable-cryptocurrency-583449 - It would show that you're concerned a lot more with each coins development. Rather than just trying to get rich quick.
Edit: Maybe showing some support for the opensource ATI cryptonight miner would be good - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unfinished-cryptonight-opencl-amd-miner-671784 - As you'd obviously gain a lot more fees from its implementation.

If you get message "Withdrawals are temporarily suspended for your account (code #BS302bis)" - it means that your account is blocked because you have sent big number of invalid shares.
It can be because of using alternative miner of maybe you want to cheat the pool and make unfair profit.
If you have this message please write to support and provide your email and version of miner you use. I will do my best and analyze logs in order to investigate your case. If I am sure you are not trying to cheat - I will unban you
This policy is used in order to protect fair users.

Looks like there is something strange going on with amount of workers going on.
Got 5 workers running, and the dashboard status changes between 5 - 13 workers.
