What would you do if it was labeled support? Ask them a question?

Yeah, that's great. This is the 2nd (maybe 3rd) update you've announced since you have been made aware of the withdrawal problem. How about you fix the withdrawal bug before adding new features? Why is this not a priority?

I get a "withdrawal failed" notification at the bottom of the page now. The coins I attempted to withdraw are no longer registering on the total balance higher up. Hope you can fix this soon. I guess you are working on it as hard as you can, any update here would be appreciated I am sure.

There are no links whatsoever on your site linking to anything calling itself "support." I've sent you a message about my problem with not receiving my withdrawals since I don't know of any other method for support on your site. I will continue to do so everyday until this problem is resolved.

There are other CryptoNote pools. I won't be a dick and post the links in here, but do a search, there are alternatives.

But are these pools with PPS rewards? I do not think so. I personaly belive all these problems are only temporary.

I don't see the problem. You need to be authenticated to access that page just like you would on any other pool. ..and you should never keep any amount of coins in a pool that you aren't willing to lose anyway.
