I've given up using this pool now,withdrawals not working,vanishing or stuck balances,client stuck on "updating" for 2 days now but mainly the problem is how slow they are at fixing stuff and all that for a premium 2.5% fee...please...

why can not I use http://mro.pool.minergate.com:5555 and http://qcn.pool.minergate.com:5555 for mine.
but http://mro.pool.minergate.com:5555 is ok.

Strangely all my confirmed coins from pool gone. Everything was good few hours back. Been using minergate for almost two months never had problem before.??
Same here, all confirmed balance gone. Miners are working fine, hope it is a front end issue since I have experienced some connection problems also.EDIT: My confirmed balance is back!.
