I think the ordinary user will not have access to Minex Bank is it is the heart of their system that regulates the rate

My credentials for the Investor side are still valid however the Bounty side credentials no longer work. I sent an email after not getting a systematic reset email. Was simply told "Hello. We will recover your password but later.

Have they mentioned about the need for us to withdraw out coins from the ICO dashboard? I just want to keep it there for awhile until things are fixed that I can see a wallet/iOS wallet is working.
