How much is the minimum cap goal for minexcoin?
The ICO started since last may and only few BTC has been collected so far. I guess miners are just preparing for it than just investing to the ICO.

There is no minimum cap disclosed. This is the 2nd ICO. The main purpose of this 2nd ICO is to determine the MNC price for Minexbank. As MNC should be traded within the +5% or -5% of the previous closed.

Collecting an amount is not enough because right now many ICO is collecting lot fund but whether they will be on their promises or not we have to wait and see. Once the price is decided by the dev it will be good for the people because once it hit on the exchanges MNC dev should secure that the price should not drop.
When is going to the exchanges the next stap by the way? Is that in the near future and what steps are required before it goes to the exchange any way. Curious to see what this would go on the exchanges for.

You are right. I don't know what is the problem for this project. They have a nice whitepaper but only few investors are attracted. May their marketing is not good on promotion. I only see few advertisement or user here that promotes this ICO.

As MNC needs to be within the +5% or -5% of the previous closing price.
In case MNC price at the end of this second ICO is 200K satoshi, then the price range of MNC will be within 190K satoshi to 210K satoshi. Any buying pressure at or near 210K, MINEXBANK (acting like a central bank) will come and intervene. Same also if there is selling pressure, at or near 190K, MINEXBANK will also come and intervene.
