i suggest to put all the ICO money in a multisig wallet. and once you have achieved a certain milestone some off the funds will be released. i think you will find a truth worthy escrow in this forum. or i can start my career as an escrow be one off them. i think more than one would be good.
the idea of an escrow is having someone securing the money during the ico, after it an escrow is kind of pointless :/ to say its not needed after every second ico beeing a scam is rly amazing for me. also that people do not care a bit about their investments
