This fundraising campaign remembered me one of the projects recently finished its round successfully. Why I compare this to that because of bonus division as it will gradually decrease 5% after every 3 days starting from 50% at day 1st. By investors point of view it is always good time to make entry point when benefits are almost same with small fraction. I hope so this will raise good amount in the end of this ICO. This ICO also has more high chance to deliver something revolutionary in financial sector which very huge so this will be nice to invest in it.
If you want it to work on computer pression CTRL + F5 and then you can buy coins, it worked for me

On my desktop PC, the Get Minexcoins button also did not work. My kid brother experienced the same. But on our mobile phones it worked just fine.
