It's just a photos of the ATM machine. MNX team seems to be teasing us with their upcoming debit systems. Since there is an ATM machine, this would mean that there would be no third party involve with the payment? Like visa or mastercard?

What you're asking for is already tracked. If you click on a coin's page for example (like https://cryptocoincharts.info/coins/show/mnx) and then click to the link of a pair (like MNX/BTC), you're then taken to a page showing all prices separately. Bid and ask prices are also tracked and each exchange can be toggled on and off in the chart by clicking its logo.

Content on this website is quite informative. I would highly advise to read on what Minexcoin lacks. It will truly help the strength of MNX.

I browsed through the website, it is interesting to see how they note the projects.

a) It appears the most severe weakness they showed is regarding the advisors, their influence in the team and their past as successful company builders. That part got a 0%.
b) Another weakness is the brand awareness, at 50%

Would be insightful to understand how much these 2 parts intervene in the final notation.

Good news, I received the email notifications again which stop working some times ago.
The support told me it would be back with the next MinexBank update, which apparently happened.

Could it be possible that the dev team put a version number somewhere on the minexbank page(s) just so we know it's been updated?
