MinexCoin is not a "moon" coin. However even "moon" coins can't be sure about when they are "to the moon" because crypto market is unpredictable as well as usual stocks

Agree, the separate hot wallet intended exclusively for atomic swap is a good option. Probably I will create it for the future use.

It is full node wallet. But it takes only 474 Mb of HDD memory. It is not so much even for old computers

Official wallet is full node. But electrum-mnx is light wallet, if you are looking for one.
