We do use, because this is our official channel and we only use bold fonts and some colors to make important information more visible. Usually we write with a usual small fonts without any highlighting

In answer to your question - mostly these are bank addresses. For security reasons bank uses cold and hot addresses. And note that the 12 mln is for total received, which means that this amount is not actually at that address but was sent to it at some stage and made this sum in general. Then this amount is used to pay the interest to the holders, so actual balance is less than that.
