I am sure that the real cause for delay is not manual distribution of coins, do not fool yourself. This is like a joke, I cant believe.

How do you know that? If you are not interested in the project just leave it, and everything finished. No need to talk unclear statement. 
Manager or dev, can I withdraw my coins already or is it still difficult to do manually? Apparently why the system was not automated? What is missing for Minexcoin to go to market? Why all this delay
