Someone has canceled my weekly parking on minexcoinbank. If I try to recreate the parking I get "RPC error"

Something is going wrong with MinexBank (it seems)...
I had a week-long "park" cancel itself (I did not cancel it myself). Therefore I will not get the payout which was to be 15 MNX.
Then I found that I am unable to park the coins back for another week... my expected return is 0.00000. I guess this time it's being honest?
Devs do you know what is going on?

OK the reason it's not accepting my new parking is that if you copy and paste the amount commas are taken as decimal points. But that still doesn't explain why the parking spontaneously cancelled itself. I lost 17MNX!

easy, the week-long parking cancelled by itself, and I didn't get the 17 MNX return (because the parking was cancelled).
I also experienced the same, i parked for weekly but was automatically cancellled.
I try to reparked but it said "RPC ERROR". What is this RPC ERROR?
Why is that, please answer support. Thanks.
I created a parking 1 week ago, today it completed a week but it got cancelled in place of giving the parking reward

can't you read "ICO closed!" in the title? and how can you vouch for that service if no one yet seems to tried it? vouching for someone to probably get scammed is a bad idea!
I can't connect my wallet to the chain to read it - it sits on the "94 minutes behind", exactly the same time when pool crashed. Maybe something is wrong with the chain, in fact?
do you using Xcore wallet or MNXcore?
