Ethereum price is skyrocketing
. I decided to go back to mining using my old rig from 2017Surprisingly enough it still turns on!.. (after collecting dust for more than 2 years)
I have 2x RX470 4gb modded cards running on Windows 7 (with 4gb RAM) . Today I tried running the old dusty rig and this is the list of problems I found:
-Claymore miner is not working anymore ("cannot set epoch" error... I've already searched for this error and I will fix
it by replacing with another miner)
-One card is not recognized by Windows 7 (maybe it is only a problem of some cable connection, I will check it better in the next days)
Wht miner do you suggest to use? Do you think it is still profitable to use 4gb RX 470 cards in 2021?
