I do not find any R9 280x approx $200 but i have seen some posts in bct regarding the card in this price. Any one can tell me where I may get R9 280x which is good for mining. Cards are needed to be shipped to UK

If you want to mine and use the used cards, then 7970 is better than 280x, as they are the same but 7970 is cheaper.
First, you'll need to specify if you want it used or brand-new. Then, you'll have to tell us where you live, because this really matter.
