How can I fix Nvidia driver?

The update scripts pulls and installs all available updates for the ubuntu system. Please make sure that you don't interrupt this process, wait few minutes to finish. Once finished you will need to reboot for the changes and updates to take effect.

We have tested updating from 0019-1.4 to 0019-2.0 on many rigs and worked well.

Please note, this is still beta release so until it's confirmed bug free and ready for final release the upgrade path is from working 0019-1.4 to 0019.2.0

Once finalyzed we will release full 0019-2.0 image, as well as final update script for those that want to upgrade from 0019-1.4

If you haven't resolved this yet, I have personally experienced a similar issue and have this in my notes as a fix:

How do you load all 8 - 10 gpus with risers on the motherboard? can you put all gpus on the motherboard at the same time and it will load all the gpus?

In windows, you have to put gpus 1 at a time. is it different in linux?

GTX 1070ti 3 GPUS on the rig at the moment.

I am pretty sure this is not an NVOC issue.

I have one fan ( of three ) on a Gigabyte GTX1070 ti that runs at 100% all the time. Anybody ever have this happen?
GPU Temp is 50C with the two other fans running at 50%

The $BITCOIN var is used along Nvoc scripts, the loop you post do not have a var that could be use for example when "source 1bash" is used, so the logic in the code knows a miner is mining. On top of that @poisonxa is right too.
I think the var's name could be other than $BITCOIN (for clarity) but not really a problem if you study the code.

The while loop is there to keep the terminal from closing if an error happens with the miner or nvoc its so that it gives time for watchdog to do its own thing instead of auto reload terminal which sometimes does more harm than good. So no it isnt usless it just depends on how you see it.

Dropbox linked file is a bash script with no extensions
You just download and run it as I wrote for 19-2 versions, it will put the latest 0.5.7 dstm to it's location.

Perhaps it's my firefox that rename the file, i don"t know, but i ever had dot gz file to download.

Not sure just yet but I think that if you leave what to mine active and auto switch off
you will restart your machine each time a better coin is found. Was watching things last
night and it did a switch and a bit later a reboot for what I could find no reason. That will
have to be looked more into when I get home later.

For sure tho, ROCK SOLID MINER guys. Soon as I find a way to sell off the BTG coins
reliably I am going to turn this loose to make the choices for me for the best profits.
