Yes it will be what can we expect for them? There are just fooling their innocent investors because mining/cloud mining for todays is not very profitable thats why some of legit companies are closing down and others are joining ponzi scheme now and thats very bad because any time if from now investors will lose again their money and that are we must need to monitor and vigilant On investing in that scheme.

Even if you have found the best, legit, easy, cloud mining and choose it, it is still there are risk on your Investment and you must manage it. And you must make Investment with you can lost it. In Investment feel greed will broke it.

Honestly not most all of them are scam and you can not get any legit cloud mining site i experience it may time to be scam by cloud mining even in investment site this is just like the same as investment site they know that cloud mining is the best to start a business that they can not get any negative here in our forum unlike investment site they choose cloud mining because its easy to attract people to buy hash rate here that they know its legit if the site is alive long..

The mostly of cloud mining are scamed their users, that is why we need management of risk on Investment. And if we wanna make Investment do  with you can lost it.

So I involved PayPal and immediately (after big shouting) he sent 1 s5 and 1 s7 bearing the cost of sendîng.

He sold out on his Website all S9 contracts.

So if there is no payout I ask for my VIP right to receive the Hardware. Otherwise there will be legal action.

Very strange. This is the first time I see Paypal actually doing refund for crypto-related services. Great to hear it s actually possible. I thought they hated crypto and therefore punishing anyone investing into crypto businesses.

You were successful in your Paypal claims. Congrats. I wasn't so lucky -- Paypal rejected my claims. Perhaps I didn't do it properly. I have already written off the amount and took it as a lesson learnt.

You hade 5 S5 miners at MiningSweden that we hosted for you. When they went down I always gave you more hash rate to your own pool as compensation. Also if a miner broke down that was not usable anymore I gave you a new miner to continue the mining. This I would not have needed to do but I did it anyway to surve you as a customer and to give back as much as possible.
When we closed down the hosting for everyone your contracts where coming to an end and I told you several times that it would not be profitable to mine with the old S5 miners that you hade and that you would wast your money buying new contracts for them.
I never offered you Cloud mining hash for them as you state on the forum.

Also I could have sent you the 5 old S5 miners but instead I offered you
1 old S5 and one S7 miner that is much more economical to mine with for you now.

And in your demands against me you want me to send you a dussin of S7 miners or ells you will go to the police and threatens me with a lot of things.
Your S7 account has 4000 GH of mining capacity so I don't see the connection to a dussin (12 x 4700GH = 56400 GH) of miners.

Aldo since I looked at your account I also found that for some reason your account hadn't got the S5 mining shares deducted from it so thanks for reminding me about your account and now I have cleared out 1500 S5 mining shares that everyone else has been missing for a month.

So I don't see the relevance in your demands against MiningSweden, we have always tried to do our best and pay back as much as possible and also serving your hosted miners to a much greater extent then needed from our point of view.

Bitcoin mining is not a goldmine, even KNC closed down their business yesterday and they where much much bigger then MS. It is hard fore everyone in Mining at the moment and the higher difficulty is killing all mining business as you soon will see the rest of the mining services will also be having problems since no one has a magic formula against this.

What I tried to say to you is that we will try to clear out all the remaining payouts until the halving and to be able to do this we need to get another income basis started and we are working on that.
Also as I have stated the VIP share are still active and if we get the new income running it will also generate VIP payouts for years to come to the users.

You have 550 VIP shares in total, that is 0,005% of the total VIP shares. And I will do my best to get things going again and generate other bitcoin income to MS but If all my energy have to go fighting against threats and demands like this all the time I can close down the company and file for bankruptcy and then everyones investments are totally gone, the VIP share are worthless and I don't have to clear out the payouts that I intend to do over time.

What I tried to tell you is that if I have to close down on this reason the other investors will want to know who did this.

So I´m trying to say stay cool, wait for the payouts and be a part of a change in MS that can generate income on the VIP share for coming years.
But not in Mining since it is dead.

I hope you understand and also accept that you have actually had a nice income from the Mining share you have got even if you maybe not have made a total ROI on them but the VIP shares are still around.

I still believe that you are a good guy that can see the big picture that we have been trying our best for the users and also trying to do as much as possible for you and on your hosting of the miners you hade at us.

So, my decision is that I will not involve Police or authorities.
I hope others will follow this opinion.
Probably he is smarter than expected.

But still my feeling is mixed because never ever in my life somebody was concerned about my income like Tommy.
