last night i made a mistake on buying bitcoin, i think that the price is up while i see the chart is gonna up but the reality, the price is drop for a while in $639, while i buy on $641. but i think no problem because i am sure that the price is gonna up in above $643. i consider that will be my lesson to fix my analysis for future.
Sometimes yes i make mistake but sometimes i do it right less mistake less lose for me because when we are going to trade big amount of bitcoin we could lose but we can minimize our loses but the best share that i can share is i made mistake long time ago that i buy lots of altcoins then the price really dropp

yes for so many times, i do mistake which lead to some big lost. most of the time i misses use the time which really cause a big lost. but still i also make good profit from trading and i am happy with my way of trading.

We cant really avoid some circumtances on lossing up money from the start when we intend to engage on trading hence its not really an easy thing to do and you would need good knowledge and skills in able to be profitable and make succesful trades on the long run. If you intend to engage of trading you must choose the most reputable trading sites.

it really does not matter how many times you make mistakes and how big they really are.
the important thing to remember is that how many good decisions are you making and in the end how much profit you are making considering the losses.

Most of the people who trade are experiencing this type of scenario and you are not going to be called a trader if you are not making some mistakes.
Because most of the us did some mistakes already that leads us to learn good lessons for our trading career.
And I think the common mistakes are when we are not able to sell our alt coins when the price fluctuates suddenly or pumps suddenly and after while it dumps immediately.
I`m reading headline and I remember how I believed in Yobit chat, that was a mistake. People there are just luring people to spend money on some stupid coins and to lose money on that. I didn`t lose a lot, but I was always in some 30 % minus, more or less.
This can be a good thread, from my experience you can now learn to never trust people that talks there, and force some coins, or tells how there will be some pump or dump. They are liars trust me, you can just lose your money.

Yes mistakes can lose your money especialy in altcoins trading when buy a coin that can not rise up.I think it will be the best to share your story so that we can avoid your past mistakes.
So its bettet to check first the coins before you gonna buy to avoiding lost money. Many altcoins now are getting scam after a week they become dead and not rise up again.

the biggest mistake i can think of is getting scared when you're trading. for example say the price is going down so you dump your coins and cash out. but then the next day price goes back up and u lost a ton of mone.

That's the thing, new traders jump in with after doing some guess work on one or two coins. When they run of luck, trading starts to look like gambling.
Tbh , Im always excited when it comes of buying alternative coins and i don't really studies more about it , And after buying that coins i really don't know what next im i going to do , Because the price of that coins is really not good so i decided to resell it in more cheaper amount of bitcoin thats why i quit on trading already because i don't have enough knowledge in trading.
So many altcoin there for you to trade on ,but i guess you buy some altcoin with big amounts. its frustrating if you lose your money ,but its not the reason for you to stop .i'll be honest that trading is hard but once you know the circumstances you will have a good profit there as you're an average trader it is advantage on you. You know what your mistakes so make a try again and not to do that mistakes again try and try .Lately i repeat again my mistake i om panic sell as they sell at lower price my money will lost about more than half .but still im taking the risk to sold at lower price.then bought again .it's a mistake that i need to correct and not to quit .

My mistake was to invest in FWRC and the decision to store them for longer, its price was much better and I bought it at 1000 sat and after that it increased triple but I did not consider that time to sell and wait for longer and now you are seeing that it is much lower and the developers are much lazy to work for it.
My mistakes while trading:
1. Not using a demo account for a week and trading in a live account after just 2 days of using a demo account.
2. Not using technical analysis and expert opinions.
3. Not having a plan or cut off profit amount (not setting a TP/SL amount).
4. Not keeping account of my trades (initially) and checking the price chart.
5. Panic selling (considering it was the first time I was trading and had little to no knowledge about the price of currency pairs/bitcoins).
It's not that I don't make mistakes now but the above ones were some mistakes that I could have avoided if I had spent time in analysing my trades and the price charts.

that's the problem there mate never invest to something that you don't understand, always make some research before placing position. to avoid busting your capital.

that might be (almost) true for gold, but Bitcoin is high risk in long term.
I highly doubt that anyone who bought at $1200 in 11/2013 still has the coins (to make the most extreme example). and even if you bought at $1200 and it realy will have a new ATH, you still had your money frozen for years = unusable

Right. And I don't think that any other major currency out there would stand fast against the US dollar in the long run. The Chinese yuan has been constantly devalued by the Central bank of China during the last years (and before that it was out of the question completely). The British pound cost twice as much against the dollar just a decade ago and now it is heading straight to parity (and most likely below that). The euro looks more like a bad joke today, probably collapsing in a couple of years following the EU disintegration...
Perhaps, only the Swiss franc more or less cuts it against the American dollar
