I wish there was a script for this because copy and pasting is rife and quite difficult to spot especially if you're not looking out for it and it's extremely time-consuming to do so. The only real way to catch them is to copy a few fairly unique words or a typo that stands out and put them in the search but even they can bring up pages of results along with all the posts that have quoted it. They tend to do it in the big threads with 40+ pages but not exclusively.
You could probably ask acho101 to build a script that parses, say the middle 10 words of each post in a thread, and run a google search with those words. I would think it would make it a lot easier to search entire threads for copy/paste posts as the search results would show either multiple posts or news articles that match the post (nearly) exactly.

Make a script to watch the 1000 farmed accounts. Run it on a VPS or a VM or something like that. Program an "expiration" so that you don't literally watch it forever.

A new hobby is probably a better idea.

It's a play on words? Maybe i'm missing Lauda.

How was your guide to finding banned accounts helpful or definitive?
- watch for a bit, if the account don't post for a while it is probably banned, or it might not be banned.

Whilst certainly not definitive, it's usually a good indication of a ban when they mysteriously stop posting.

pfft. Rubbish.

Tough to watch an account forever before deciding not to act.
Really tough to watch 1000 farmed accounts forever, just incase you ban 1.

Again, get a new hobby.

Thanks for the help and the interest in this. (i believe that is irony?)

Snipped - Completely useless guide on how to spot banned accounts

Going forward, I hope this thread also serves as a reference.  Smiley

I respect your work on this, but alas it is of little help in my work. (as i think you know and stated such)

I have 100's more farmed accounts ready to publish, but those accounts have not posted in a while.
I still cannot tell if they are banned.
I don't want to be "humiliated" by publishing "already" banned accounts. Old news.

Any ideas?

You can still log in when banned just not post. It's best to see if they've made a post recently and if they haven't in a while then they're likely banned.

Good, didn't know about it
They should make a special badge for banned accounts

If you never ever win from the start, I suggest you to stop gambling. I think you are serious on getting your loses back but if you try to get your loses back you'll end up loses everything.  But if you still want to gamble after your past experiences then just stop for a while, take some time to think what's best to do, know your limits. Well in my experience I did invested again and ended up losing the new amount also so you should invests carefully again.

If you never ever win from the start, I suggest you to stop gambling. I think you are now serious on getting back your losses and it can lead you in losing everything. But if you still want to gamble after your past experiences then just stop for a while, take some time to think what's best to do, know your limits. Well in my experience I did not let my earnings to be wasted in gambling anymore, for I know that I'm not lucky enough in winning there.

I don't think "gambling" should be considered a sickness in itself.  I enjoy gambling as entertainment.  Playing a game of cards and putting in $10 a game, is much more entertaining and enjoyable than paying $10 to go match movies or to spend on perfumes or other nonesense. .  Gambling addictions, is another thing though.  Addiction is  a sickness

I agree with you, people who are very addicted to gambling, they know gambling hurt themselves and people around and still do even repeatedly. I think they those people should do gambling for an additional income and not for a living as that can be too risky for him and his family. But i suppose if one gets addicted to gambling first it is impossible for him to come out of that. I hope all those addicted gamblers realise the risks involved.

I agree with you, people who are addicted in gambling can be called a compulsive gambler. It was just right for people who are very addicted to gambling, they know gambling hurt themselves and people around and still do even repeatedly. Maybe you're really gambling is a relaxing game and not be too dependent on it. But if too relaxed without self-control will become addicted, and it is the same. I think most important thing is self-control, so do not gamble beyond the ability and still within reasonable limits.

I think something like this happened to many people around the world. Easy money is something we all like, but casinos are not made to give cree money to us. It is full of risks.
People should be careful how much money they give for gambling. After your big win , why you didn`t continue to play same strategy with same bets?

Gambling can be addiction, like many other things in this world.

People should be careful how much money they give for gambling, and that is one big truth! I see OP had one big win, I had it too but I didn`t put back all my money tomorrow! I learned that lesson long time ago, when I win big, I don`t rise bets in order to win even more, that is moment when we are going down! After your big win OP, why you didn`t continue to play same strategy with same bets?

Gambling can be addiction, like many other things in this world. Addiction is when you are concentrated about one thing, and you forget about everything else. People should be abstinent with everything, and in that case no one will have big problems! Do things for fun in your life, and everything will be alright!

It's depend from country to country and theirs laws.

In mine, we have to pay tax only if we buy from a person living in my country. So mostly it isn't a strict law to actually pay but most of them never pay. And also there is only tax if we purchase 20 bitcoin or more on a single day so many people just purchase 19 bitcoins daily.
Some of us buy it with Paypal to hide it. There are laws but aren't so strict if we purchase with credit card or bank transfer no tax.

It's depend from country to country and theirs laws.

In mine, we have to pay taxs if we make profits with the price. (Let's say you buy at 700$ and sell at 800$). As long you don't sell your bitcoin then no taxs.
Some of us buy it with Paypal or others, to hide what we are doing with it so in case they control, they see the money is sent to paypal, not to an exchange platform.
I remember a period some banks were blocking banks transfers to Kraken telling us "risk fraud" LOL who asked your opinion Roll Eyes

I do not think so, bitcoin are required gadgets and internet connection to access and to work with and if the people in that poor country can not afford that i think bitcoin can not help them.

I only choose Bitcoin wallet because the transactions from one wallet to other is instant and have low transaction fees. And If the price of Bitcoin increases I will be making profits......

Bitcoin, has surged from $640 to $720 in the past one week. The digital currency has been exhibiting some promising trends this year, in spite of facing drastic setbacks following multiple hacking incidents. As Bitcoin price continues to rally upwards, the expectations for the digital currency’s performance in the coming year is at an all-time high movement in 2017.my prediction for 2017 is bitcoin will likely trade above $1,000.

So much so that 15% of banks world wide expect to widely implement blockchain, which is a ledger of transactions updated in real time by various institutions, by next year, according to the report which surveyed 200 global banks.

These banks, mostly medium to large-sized institutions, are focusing their blockchain technology on three areas: consumer lending, retail payments, and reference data, which refers to the real-time information sharing of transactions across business divisions and institutions.

In four years, IBM says that 66% percent of banks expect to have blockchain in commercial production and at scale.
