What's with the strange price action on this? Coin seems to be back or nearly back to where it was before the news.

I'll try to answer best I can.  uro.io website has the protocol which is the document binding the 4 companies who will be accepting uro for urea. you can read there also http://urofoundation.wordpress.com has some highlights.

1. as of the 9th of July you may exchange uro for urea with one of the 4 imort export representatives listed on uro.io thay are;
Global NIER: Green Earth Systems
India NIER: Urea Trading India
China NIER: Crown Team Corp.
South Africa NIER: CCL Pillay Group
(NIER is acronym for National Import Export Representative)
2.  you would need to obtain bitcoin and exchange those bitcoin for URO coin at any of the major exchanges such as bittrex.com, mintpal.com, poloniex.com, c-cex.com, melotic.com, bleutrade.com.  currently c-cex.com has a pair for direct $USD to URO but there is not much uro for sale there.
3.  from uro protocol, "SELLER GUARANTEES THAT DELIVERY OF THE PRILLED UREA N46 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AN
INSPECTION CERTIFICATE OF WEIGHT AND QUALITY AT THE TIME OF LOADING, SUCH CERTIFICATES SHALL
BE PROVIDED BY SGS AT SELLER’S EXPENSE, AND SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE FINAL."
4. there are representatives for India, China, South Africa, and globally out of Hong Kong.  the urea is provided FOB (free on board) at the sellers port onto cargo ship. buyer must arrange for ship, and shipment to destination, including import tax etc etc (this is short explination is probably missing other important pieces)
5.  unfortunately the 4 NIER companies are used to filling ships so the minimum order is 12,500 metric tons urea for 12,500 uro coins
6. the uro "prypto cards" are still in crowdfunding stage theres a link somewhere to a startjoin campaign.  once the design is paid for, then the uro foundation will load them each with 1 uro then they will be available for purchase.  scratchcard implies lottery or gambling in my opinion.  these cards are basically cold wallets setup by prypto.

(disclaimer im not a dev, just someone who holds some uro and has been following its news)

I like some questions to be answer if possible or posted somewhere later on.

1.  When Uro coin to Urea exchange will be started? Eta (1month, 3  month, Next yr?)

2.  If my phone or internet is spotty in India,  where get I go to get some Uro or Urea (physical office/location)?

3.   I like to inspect the goods,  where/when get I go to see it?

4.  If I'm not India?  where else would u deliver to?

5.  My plot of farmland is small. What the minimum order for Uro?  1/2 ton? 1 ton?

6.  Location to purchase/redeem Uro coin scratch cards?

FACTS on Companies like GES.

Companies like GES don't wanted to buy the every Urocoin and screw everyone out of there money by dumping, they already have millions (it is not them trying to screw everyone).
What they are doing is called "smart play", be in it for the long term, "Create a culture" where there is a currency for Urea and  is accepted around the world. Eventually anyone using Uro will have to returns the Uro back to GES anyway.
 GES sits on the Uro for 5-10years and treats the Uro like a corp. treating "BlueChip Shares, stocks and Bonds" barrow 100X it's value...

GES is creating a Culture in the commodity world (just like google,apple...).  Listen to the video - many traders of Urea have problems with Banks - URO solves the problem.

GES will pick up all another "..100 clients" every year.  This it self is a Very Smart Play by GES.

Even though Nilesh publicly comes forward to support Uro with laws binding them to the protocol and contracts you still think they won't deliver if you send them 12500, you still fud and think it's a scam.
