first requirement is to add signature in your profile. if you do not have signature we'll not look your application..
anyway. I can see now you have signature., so you can reapply and you'll be accepted. but keep the signature.

It is possible that this project is based on ETH, which makes from the implementation of bounty for participants who follow this campaign to provide ETH wallet address, and I think it will use from ETH wallet for distribution to be done from Monaco team ...

We've been noticing that some users who join Slack bounty come to General chat and post messages to confirm their subscription/participants, Like: Hello, I am Blah, I've joined slack for bounty, etc etc etc, and some users post only irrelevant smiley which is causing a heavy amount of spamming in our General Channel of Slack..

I would want to Warn and Request to everyone confirm your membership in general chat is not required at all. better avoid doing this. only use Slack for Valid Questions, messages and chats, Irrelevant messages, spamming have no tolerance, that can cause you banned from the channel.
