This is not rocket science...
I have yet to read about a problem being solved by V2...
Why would anyone flush a successful exchange down the toilet like this?

One guy lost 50 BTC... maybe it's worth it for then to just steal the money... how is that possible?

It is clearly not responsible to whack an exchange that largely was working , I had no trouble before these guys took over .
Maybe they want to damage the scene to buy up some coins , or they are gambling them away as we speak , who knows …  Huh

My XMR is still missing from Mintpal.

Everybody's XMR is missing. Where are all the Monero shills now? Seriously.

17 people in the "Support" section lost all their Monero.

One guy lost 50 BTC... maybe it's worth it for them to just steal the money... how is that possible?

Why not just disappear instead?

I'm only out 0.9 BTC and 200 XMR total... look at these poor guys.

I've been waiting 3 days now still no answer from the support, and I am missing around 0,5 BTC in alt coins from my account.

How ddos can lead to such problems with orders??

Of course not.. a DDoS should only make the site unavailable. Not to change how the site works.

The site is simply broken.

I got this problem with mintpal.. it's really weird also. I got out my 248k FLT but not the 91k FLT.
But as you can see it generated a TXid, but it doesn't exist on the blockchain.

It seems that people have different issues everywhere regarding withdrawals..

I think they should compensate all users for the mess up, this is simply ridiculous. Why didn't they leave the old exchange up and running in parallel until all problems were ironed out?

I tried to withdraw several coins , for one I received a confirmation email but then tx id field in that transfer reports an error-failed and status cancelled … ,
of course , how not ?' My coin balance has not been returned , it has been days , the coins still show up in the withdrawal section of balances but they are not available to me .
That means , I can't start a new withdrawal request . The other coin in copious amount shows that I have formulated several requests in the withdrawal section of balances ,
but I never seem to receive an email to confirm and further my request towards its conclusion .

Many of us watched that startling video on liveleak , I mean , it is pretty clearly very stinky  Shocked

Tried withdraw, recieved "mintpal error" and coins just dissapeared in nowhere, nothing in history nothing on balance.

Holy shit, what for they changed working functional to some complete bugging nonsense?
How ddos can lead to such problems with orders??

So when do we get a Karpeles-looking guy giving not-so-soothing platitudes and reassurances while sipping on a starbucks?

Does **any** thing in crypto go the way it's supposed to?

I also had issues with dogecoins I withdrew and I sent moohla a message on twitter and via their ticket support system and it took like 3 days to get my coins..

I really like the old mintpal... and the new one sucks...  no idea why they would launch with that $21 template...

Why not work on the upgrade on another server and once everything looks good with all the features of the old mintpal on the new one and then ask for beta testers on the new layout and ideas from the public on the new layout be launching....

guess they have learned a lot about this... and I don't think they are scamming anyone they are just over whelmed with tickets and work....

I think they need more support people to help and time to get the bugs fixed... give them 2-4 weeks and they should be back ...

The "support staff" isn't the problem.. the problem is that they haven't made any statement yet.
That tells me that they don't care about their customers, so no trust from here.

I wanna know wtf is going on..

I logged to my account. All is fine there. I liked the old layout. New one looks cheap.

Do you have any screenshots of the old one? I don't remember how it looked.. Tongue

I don't have screenshots. I don't even remember how many coins had there lol. It shows 9 kinds of coins now.

a friend of mine withdrawald his coins before.. then all of a sudden 2 different coins appeard. He also tried to withdraw those coins too.. and he got them.. lol

So many coins seems to be missing now because of withdrawals that wasn't suppose to happen.

How is that even improvement. Previous version was working perfectly. I never had problem with v1.

Huh? I'm confused.. where did I mention anything about any "improvments"?
