Can't believe that they f***ed up such a great exchange that was before as V1.

They probably got hacked and their code/database compromised so they had no option but to code a new site from scratch. If so then they have been very dishonest.

Mintpal/Moolah's other trick to make things harder on their customers, is on the support tab of their website it asks you to login with user name and pw.
Ok, my current one with the "new" password....says invalid, try my old one....says invalid as well.
Ok...maybe I need to reregister on moolah support site.....says my email already exists!

That place is pretty scrood up.

Oh, and my coin is still MIA. until these guys get things working, if they ever do, I'm not trying anymore. Which ties up a large amount of syscoin.

Exactly the same problem here. Had a wallet at moolah, so I used that support login. No response whatsoever so far.

This is not official mintpal thread so you won't get any support here. Try to find their official thread snd post there.

Mintpal Twitter Guy (Alex?) stated that if you posted your problem in this thread, your problem would be resolved. Just trying to get my problem addressed. Thanks.

Hey Mintpal/Moolah Admins: Please look at Ticket # 4652. Made a Vericoin Withdrawal but never received the coin at destination. Tx ID code and destination address NOT FOUND IN Vericoin blockchain! So it was never sent by Mintpal. Yes, I responded to confirmation email. All is explained in Support Ticket # 4652

Too bad, I used to love mintpal, been using them since April/May, never had an issue. Now I just feel uncomfortable on the site. I don't have too many coins on there right now thankfully, but I'll try and wait this out. It's a big adjustment and this update seems to be nothing but problems. Also most of the coins have no volume now, and deleting all the orders (it's understandable I guess) has made it wacky. For some coins the only sell order is like 10x the true value and the buy order .01x. No thanks lol

Hope you guys get your coins back

Got Crypto?

Do yourselves a favor and stop using MintShit, uh um I mean Mintpal. Use Bittrex.com or if you have to Craptsy, I mean Cryptsy. Bittrex is still #1 IMHO Grin

The karma isn't worth a whole lot ...I can loose it , I guess, I have lots more in the wallet.

The current value of the coins isn't the point. Those coins are your property and they cannot steal them from you.

Yap in the same boat alalalk71, my acct no longer exists.

What is the right procedure for us now?  Create a new account on the support site and file a ticket requesting reactivation and access to our original one?

This sucks, glad I had most everything off of it before it went belly up.

Mintpal, if your reading this, think it would be in your best interest to response and take action on those problems that your hard working members are having, or at least respond with status reports on what is going on...

This morning after reading about some of the withdrawal nightmares I put in two small withdrawals .022 of BtC( all that was there)  and 250,000 of a million Karma as a test. Thankfully the BtC made it , but the Karma got the TX-ID   "failed"   STATUS   "cancelled"  result and I now have 750,000 Karma instead of 1,000,000.

Support ticket was acknowledged at 12:19pm EST. So far nothing.
The karma isn't worth a whole lot ...I can lose it , I guess, I have lots more in the wallet.

It's the large amount of Syscoin I was buying just before they started their upgrade that I'm worried about.
