Welcome back Moonbet!
The Deposit Bonus is 100% up to $250. So, if you bet $50 you will receive $50 in bonus funds. If you put $1000, you will receive $250 as that is the maxiumum.

You can withdraw without KYC guaranteed until at least 2000Euros with of money has been deposits in order to satisfy requirement for our license. But, let's say you deposit $100, get the $100 bonus and turn it into $2000, you do NOT need KYC to withdraw your funds.
Thank you for all the clarifications. The 100% deposit bonus seems really tempting especially with the only 15x wagering requirement. I'll definitely give it a try.
***Must bet 100% of your original stake in order to withdraw your original stake.
So after finishing the bonus 15x wagering, we have to wager 1x time the deposited amount then we can withdraw the whole balance, right!

btw, avoid making consecutive posts in a row. it's against forum rules and may result in temp-ban if you keep doing it. Instead of replying to each user individually, merge all your replies in one post.

Thanks for the heads up!

When you pass the 15x rollover for the Bonus, the funds are converted from "Bonus" into USDT and you can immediately withdraw those. You only need to play through 100% of your original stake if you want to withdraw those funds (so players cannot deposit, get the bonus, and then immediately withdraw)

Thank you for the clarification. But I think you should focus on one site first before you want to update the other website because that can interrupt or have a lack on the update for the main website. I think all is good and you can focus on your plan and reach it.

snip
Having to bet a maximum of $7,500 will be too high for ordinary gamblers because most gamblers do not use too big money to gamble. Maybe he can lower it or even remove that so we do not chase to withdraw the $250 welcome bonus. I think it is not a good idea to bet until $7,500 so we can withdraw $250 because the loss of the money can be bigger than $250.

The 15x rollover means that you need to place bets with your bonus funds of up to 15x the amount to be able to withdraw them as USDT. You do not need to bet $7,500 of your own funds in order to withdraw.

You use that $250 bonus and once you hit a certain amount of turnover, then you can withdraw whatever balance you have from those funds.

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this site already before, but anyway welcome again to the forum and its good to see more details about the site. The instant deposit and withdrawal is a good one, with that deposit bonus does it require any amount or the bonus will depend on how much you deposit? Can you withdraw without KYC?

Welcome to the forum! I just have some things to mention:

1. Using too much vibrant colors on UI kills your UX. The design of your platform wasn't that bad but can be improved as well. You chose neon green to be your call-to-action color but used it too much that we don't know if it is still a call-to-action anymore as all of the buttons have the same color. Kindly follow the 60-30-10 rule in designing your UI so that it can be a human driven design. For me, vibrant blue and green shouldn't be a theme of colors as they aren't even complementary to each other but rather close on its wavelength in colors -- which is 'cool' colors, so there's no possible call-to-action color if used improperly.

2. Your bonuses does require you to play your 100% initial deposit as you've mentioned (as far as I comprehend it) and it was a good offer. But have you ever considered just lowering the bonus and adding up the other bonuses on the RTP? I don't know what is your house edge as it was not indicated anywhere in your website so I assume its not that common (given the fact you can give 250$ in bonuses without even trying  to use it on other promotions such as Sig camps or just ads)

3. Your TOS includes the following:
Quote
We reserve the right to request photo ID, address confirmation or perform additional verification procedures (request your selfie, arrange a verification call etc.) for the purpose of identity verification prior to granting any withdrawals from your Account. We also reserve our rights to perform identity verification at any time during the lifetime of your relationship with us.
Quote
Before using the Service, you must personally complete the registration form and read and accept these Terms. In order to start betting on the Service or withdraw your winnings, we may require you to become a verified Customer which includes passing certain checks. You may be required to provide a valid proof of identification and any other document as it may be deemed necessary. This includes but is not limited to, a picture ID (copy of passport, driver's licence or national ID card) and a recent utility bill listing your name and address as proof of residence. We reserve the right to suspend wagering or restrict Account options on any Account until the required information is received. This procedure is done in accordance with the applicable gaming regulation and the anti-money laundering legal requirements. Additionally, you will need to fund your Service Account using the payment methods set out on the payment section of our Website.

So you are basically "No KYC to Play" but is/can be a KYC-required to withdraw right? Many in here doesn't want KYC as it ruins their anonymity in cyberspace. So I don't know if the players would even consider that.

On a side note: Please change the colors of your UI especially in terms and conditions and update its content. After reading it and going back to this forum, everything went dark lol.

Those were my takes. Hope this is a good platform with great community support. Again, Welcome to the Forum!

Thanks for all the insights!

1. We have just updated the UI/UX design as the old one was too dark and players were not too happy with it. Since this was just released this week, we are of course always looking for ways to improve the player experience in the designs. We will see how we can tone down the vibrancy for more contrast and highlight the important elements with the green.

2.Since we are new, we are more focused on getting players into the door with the $250 Welcome Bonus offer. Also, we are in the process of building out VIP and RTP player bonuses. As we are still relatively new, we are always evolving the platform and adding features to improve playability. We also have weekly betting offers including risk-free bets for players at the moment. We will be adding the RTP to demonstrate the house edge for all players to be 100% transparent.

3. There is "No KYC to Play" but unfortunately, to meet licensing requirements we may have to ask for player verification once players reach a certain amount. However, (and we will explain this more clearly) this would be done via Veriff and none of the information is stored on our site. Basically, we appease the licensing requirements but we would not be making any connection between player accounts and their personal data. Should the licensing body require any information, they can check the Veriff validation to ensure the players have passed KYC.

We are long-time crypto bettors ourselves and we understand the KYC issue. Unfortunately, it is a balance we need to be licensed. Players at least know that they have the security and recourse should something happen when playing in our platform, rather than no KYC but not know if their funds could be stolen at any time.

4. Some of the "Text Only" pages still remain from the old site and are being updated as week speak.

but i think wagering 7,500 dollars is just small for a regular gambler in month time.
It's worthy deal, most of casinos ask above 30x rollover in able to claim the bonus... in this casino they only ask 15x. However we need to know first about the house edge, if the house edge is high then it's not worth IMO... not to mention their bookie have low odds compared to many casinos. Based on their KYC policy, they will ask KYC when the user deposit or withdraw exceeding 2000 EUR, so keep an eye with that.

Instant Deposits and Withdrawals
Moonbet offers instant crypto deposits and withdrawals. You can have your funds in the account within minutes to make your first bet. Once you win, withdraw directly to your wallet without delay. Play with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin, Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, Litecoin, USDT Tether, and many more on the way!

this is what i think made me like the site though since this is new then there is more observation and checking i need to find but of course points are valid in your offers.

Instant deposit and withdrawals is mostly the best option for me .

I thought their deposit bonus as posted in the ANN was too good to be true until I saw their post about the rollover requirements. So a player have to bet a maximum of $7,500 before he could withdraw the $250 welcome bonus. Did I get that right?
That's also my understanding as the ANN says to this.

Better to stick out on your old thread and put some announcement and update the main post in OP.

Perhaps they can just lock the old thread and continue here? From what I understand, that announcement was related to the Moonbet Token Sale, since the casino platform had not yet been launched at that time.

@MoonbetEcosystem, congratulations on your official launch and welcome back to the forum!

Yeah, i wasnt able to notice that but thanks for the clarification. It wont need for it to be locked since this is a different section since it do talks about its casino.

I'm not sure why you are called "The only community owned casino"? After all, there are at least a few casinos that share their profits with token holders. I don't know why yours should stand out from those that were also created thanks to ICO or other form of crowdfunding?
Basing upon the link i have given on earlier reply that they do have that token sale thats why  they do have that kind of line but talking generally it isnt really that
appealing to see that someone do claim about only community owned casino.

Welcome to the forum, the site looks good and this thread is very informative.
I just have a few concern as well, Why there’s no need for a KYC to play but the site will ask you this when you are withdrawing? Better to make this clear because many gamblers are afraid for a KCY, is this a basic KYC or documents will be needed later on?

50% profit sharing is already huge for the holders of the token but I agree that they are not the first and only gambling site that offers the same scheme since other site also have this program.

Landing page is simple and clean but it sucks that you do need to register first before you could take a peak on the contents or games etc.
Green themed on odds block isnt pleasant on the eyes.It would be much better if you do tone it down on dark color.

Welcome again and congrats to your official launch! As I remember it correctly you already have a thread before? Am I right?
Anyways, I was interested on your 100% welcome bonus even knowing the terms and 15x wagering using it. Although, I am afraid to try new casinos since they have more tendency to scam (not saying that you'll do).

I was almost have only a little doubt until I see some possible shills from newbie and a brand new account that posted on this thread. Smiley

🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
First of all, congratulations on your launch and welcome to Bitcointalk. I love the clean and professional design of your website. The site is fantastic and the interface looks really good, like a high-end platform. Very functional, very attractive.

Now, I really love what you are doing with KYC here. KYC is not required unless depositing or withdrawing large amounts of crypto is involved. That's a good thing and I'm sure that most of us are welcoming that as a positive change. It will also be of the greatest benefit to the site if you remain active in the forum and respond to all questions posed by forum members. Nevertheless, I believe you will make great strides and I wish you and your team good luck and all the best.
