Do you contact already there live support? Also there team is active on there telegram channel, You should post your concern there rather than waste time here because there representative is not always active here to answer questions from members that has a problem. How long does this issue already occurred and do you check already your mail for notification. Casino usually send notification email to notice you for account closure and they should state the reason to inform you. They have an active campaign here and you can ask for help with @julerz12 to connect you to the team if you didn’t received any notice for your account closure.
Of course I have been in contact with their live support but I dont get any answers. Since I connected with metamask no email registration was required. Yesterday when I asked about why my account has been closed I was told "Today its Sunday so dont expect any answers."
I mean, if you take a decision to close an account you should be ready to give an answer to why immediately. It should be enough for me to ask about this in their official chat on their official website.
I just came here to see if there were others who had gone through the same thing.
