As mentioned in our previous post, due to what has occurred with several accounts that have all joined the same day and placed the exact same bets on the same NBA markets, we have had to take additional steps to verify the account owners.

Unfortunately, several of the accounts uploaded false or unidentifiable KYC documentation to the site, which immediately raises red flags for our Fraud Prevention team. This extra step is being done to ensure we have the correct and unique account holders for every account that was made during this occurence. Please be patient and the team will address your issue as soon as possible.

UPD. 31 December I got an email from their "partners" about video kyc that I should pass. Firstly, I couldn't find such contact in the skype (I think it didn't exist before 3 january). Then I finally found them and wrote that I'm ready to complete my verification, but there is no reply for 2 days (on email also). They even haven't been online for 4 days... I still can't withdraw my funds. BUT ON MOONBET my verification is completed!!! I don't even know why they ask me for another one

We have been in operation for over 18 months now and only had a handful of issues from players. We do everything we can to keep our players happy and with over 4,000 registered players, only having two official complaints in 18 months is extremely low.

I never experienced this site, not any of my friends. But comments here on this forum seams that many existing users aren't satisfied with this site. This makes it suspicious. However, I strongly suggest that new users take good information before making any deposits here.

Moonbet is still being kind here, after breaking many rules on TOS, you are allowed to withdraw your initial fund @icy_95, other casino will not hesitate to confiscate the fund since the account is found guilty of cheating. 


It looks like they are locking your account, they allowed you to withdraw your deposited amount so I think it is better after all those exploits and cheating stated by the Moonbet representative.  If you think you are wrongly accused you can always file a counter complain and prove that they are mistaken.  But if you do cheat, I think they are generous enough to return your original deposit amount.

As mentioned in our conversation, the account Manate29 violated several of our Terms and Conditions. Primarily, you had admitted to our team that you were accessing Moonbet.io via a VPN, which is clearly against our T&Cs.

Next, Manate29 was part of over 20 accounts all from the same region that joined on December 24, all placed the exact same bets on the same markets within 10 minutes of each other (a very specific NBA market), and then also engaged in arbitrage betting amongst those accounts. Several of the accounts joined with the same IP address and when we did ask for KYC on accounts to verify these were not multi-accounts, fake documentation was provided to us.

This entire instance violates our Terms and Conditions surrounding syndicate betting, as well as multiple accounts. Unfortunately, it is much more than a mere coincidence that your account placed the EXACT same bets at the EXACT same 10-minute interval as 20 other accounts that all registered within one hour of your registration. Also, these bets were maxed out, indicating that this was done to circumvent the limitation on betting.

Our risk and fraud department has been working this entire week in going through said accounts and you will be able to make a withdrawal of your original balance as soon as possible. We never like to take such actions, however we do need to protect our players, our partners, our providers, and our community from fraudulent activities.

I haven't been able to do anything about it for several days now.  No other function is available. As for the conversation with the SEO - I hope the situation will be resolved for the better and I will not have to post the conversation

Why are you waiting to submit the screenshot of the conversations if you have a strong belief in yourself? Don't forget to include the screenshot of your account transaction history (if possible). Haven't you made any withdrawal from Moonbet before? Have they confiscated your deposit as well?

Be careful, the Moonbet does not want to withdraw my money (1075$) for bets on sports events. I made 4 bets on the NBA and since December 24 I can not withdraw my funds. On December 26, they asked me to go through verification, I uploaded all the necessary documents and said that I was ready to provide additional ones if necessary. But so far my account (Manate29) has not been verified, support is feeding me breakfast, and the SEO accuses me of violating their rules, calls me a member of some syndicate and threatens that I will not be able to play in any other bookmaker because they will distribute my data. I screenshotted the entire dialogue and can provide evidence.
Just imagine, 4 bets on the NBA!! They call themselves the top of web3 casinos, but in fact they deceive people, and this happens at the very end of 2022!

What I mean is since the contest in which you first called "fake" in your accusation thread was already proven to be real by the Moonbet team by announcing the right winner and rewarding him, that should end your suspicions towards them.
Yet, here you are pointing at another supposed issue of transparency; what's next? are you gonna ask for the full identity of the winner as well?

Yep, I'm totally not on your side which I feel like that's obvious, I'm not butthurt salty like you who is so hard pressing an issue that's already been resolved. Just let it go and move on man. You bet, you lost. That's gambling for you.

Calling them a scam casino is uncalled for and frankly, no basis. You even said it yourself, it is just an "accusation".
Also, did you participate in that said contest? 'Cause if you did, your reason for throwing out accusations can't be 100% valid as you have a clear motive to taint this casino's name and rep; You're butthurt salty that you did not win the contest.
You pointed out their mistake, and they fixed it, and even goes to an extent of clarifying their mistake, yet you're still not moving on. 
Regardless of that, this matter should have already been closed as a new winner was already announced and rewarded (too bad it isn't you though).

Though I've not checked or read you scam accusation against moonbet, but from what you explained here, if the issue of not being transparent is the reason why you opened a scam accusation against them, then i would personally say that the accusation is uncalled for, as long as you bet and lost the bet, not that you won and they refused to pay you, or you were denied your withdrawal request without genuine reasons, then there is no reason to accuse the casino of scam, lack of transparency on how a winner is chosen for a certain competition is not enough reason to tag a casino as scam.   

Liar, you not post how much wagered each participant. You only post Jojo status, which mean is unclear/not transparency.

Your issue has been addressed several times, both on Telegram and in the forum.

We have been completely transparent in stating that the initial winner did not fill out the proper Twitter criteria and then we selected the correct winner.

Please do not say "Beware and please consider for betting at Moonbet.io" just because you are unhappy that you did not win the competition.

There will be more competitions coming and if you wager enough, you will be able to win!

I have spoken to a person in charge on the Moonbet telegram. After raising my issue I was told that my account was closed because I had an account before at owl.games. I don't know why this should even be a problem. It's like having an account with Unibet and William hill, different companies but the same provider.
I haven’t heard anything from them since I raised the issue even though they said it was going to take a couple of hours.

Regardless of whether this matter is going to get resolved or not, I think it is very poorly handled from Moonbet. You don't close someone's account, take their money and leave them on hold because they had an account elsewhere. This whole situation is just so unnecessary. I shouldn't have to waste my time chasing these people on different platforms to fix a problem I didn’t even cause.

Have you been tying to push them through social media like telegram? The team was still actively chatting in the telegram group. If you have not tried that and then you shall try to speak with them directly in their telegram group rather than using live support. Im still seeing that if team was also very active at this moment. You may able to get a reason why your account was getting limited or banned.
