I’m not sure why you made your Ann thread self-moderated, but it will make a lot of people hold back their comments because they feel if they should point out anything about your casino that you don’t like you can just delete it. And also most also some scam services have also used it to delete accusation of users but I do hope something like that won’t happen cause if you start deleting post it won’t do you any good just your reputation will go down the drain quickly.

Alright, I went through your TnC and I found out that before a user can start using your site or withdraw from it they’ll have to go through kyc verification – and here in the forum you mentioned that you provide “user anonymity” so I’m not sure how
providing anonymity and still
requesting kyc verification correlates.

With that being said, I will also like to piont out to you that your thread is currently looking like an amateur thread – you should look for a professional Ann designer [which you can find in service board] to design an announcement thread for you [including image, things that you offer etc].
The first thing that users see when they come to your thread is – how well is the Ann designed? If it’s poorly designed that the same was they’ll look at your site – so look for someone who can help you improve your thread.
Hey man! First of all, thanks for your comments, we value any feedback we can get!
About the user anonymity - we strongly believe that any crypto IGaming platform should comply to the KYC and AML regulations, so, of course, we have a kYC check in place, and we believe it would be very irresponsible to not integrate it. However, users' personal data is stored safely, and isn't disclosed to any third-parties, which lets users keep their anonymity from other players, or any other companies. Crypto payments also lets users to keep their financial anonymity - without banks, or payment processors, knowing anything.
Regarding the "amateur-looking thread" - the thread was launched 3 hours ago, and right now we're working on making it more eye-pleasing. If you have any recommendations - we're excited to hear them.
About the self-moderated thread: we want to keep a close eye on the thread, and manage it ourselves. However, we can promise you that we'll never delete any criticism, except for spam and promotional messages
