I would agree with those who consider Ether a powerful coin after btc, sure that the price isn't stable as well but in any case I would recommend you to choose it instead of litecoin or dash
I don't understand all of EOS enthusiasts. Ok its a good coin, good project, platform, team etc... But to expect it to rise like ETH, DASH, LTC its just not real! If price goes 2x it will go higher than BCH, if price goes 3x it will overrun XRP marketcap... Yea right, not to talk about higher %!
The most promising coins of 2018 would be those which are long term investments as the short term market is pretty competitive so the long term coins would be those coins which are based on future tech mostly AI which is already valued above 10 million USD.
I really believe in the EOS token. I think he has huge potential and I believe that in 2018 he will really grow!
This guy have seen the future. I really wish you got your bags and got nice profits. EOS is now on it's mainnet launch and more potential to grow for the project. Lambo is not too far away.
2018 is not a big year for cryptomarket as it will retrace to its true market value. But still hoping for the next year (2019) to see another good movement from the graph which will give us holders a good profit. I believe that LALA world will be going to be huge this year as the developers are very active in the community and will eventually atract lots of investors this year.
EOS stayed on top even with all the bloodbath going on, I think it will stick on top for years until a better token technology will counter EOS. If you intend to profit from it because you missed the ETH train, this is your best chance again. ETh can be challenging to trade now, EOS is in the early stage.

I still believed in ethereum and its marketability. People are still using it to do transactions like in paying for gas for a token transfer under its platform. So for me ethereum would still be prominent this year.

The current market cap is barely $20M after almost one year of development post-ICO, but I'm confident it will grow a lot in the near future.

for us bitcoin and ethereum to hold on to us right now, because for both of us the good price we get in the long run and the short term, so we will also generate many good benefits that we get.
I believe that Ethereum is a good coin that is really good for long-term storage. It has a great promising growth. And personally, I keep these coins in my wallet.
I think the personal coins that promise this year 2018 are Bitcoin and Ethereum because of what I see with the decline in Ethereum and bitcoin that today many people are investing in Bitcoin and Ethereum therefore from this time Bitcoin will back up the price and benefit in the future
I think EOS is a great candidate of most promising coin of 2018. Also NEO is good, technically it's over 10$ mark, but this coin is amazing

All currencies have potential in 2018 such as EOS, NEO, XRP ...
I would add Cardano, TRON, IOTA, NEM, and VeChain as well. EOS is looking over-priced right now and it is having a market cap of almost $11 billion (which is even more than that of Litecoin and Cardano). So I would think twice before investing in that currency.
I still choose bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, monero, eos, neo, ada as the most promising coin of 2018 although there are many more coins that could increase in this year. I am sure that bitcoin and the other coins will be rise again so we can make a lot of profit like the last year. but unfortunately, we don't know when the time will come and we can only prepare for this by buying more and more coins to add in our balance so we don't have to be late to sell and take the profit.

Well, actually I will think about EOS. But it is now around $14.02. If you say under $10, maybe it will be some altcoins likely:
