i think that mexxer-2 is launching a challenge to your bot Mitchell to see if he can be faster and i have to admit that even i have stopped at reporting all the threads because i don't have even the time to press the report button that is already removed.
Just reporting new naming patterns or posts that have been there for a bit longer (e.g. 5 minutes) is enough. There's no need to make this some sort of competition. There are other things that might need more attention.

i know kauda but is what i understood from mexxer-2 message and anyway if this spam campaign now is under control of the nuke bots why the thread isn't locked yet? because there is a possibility that he changes patterns about both nickname and thread?

p.s. i will even try to contact the class action mod so we see if they knows how the credibility of their class action is getting more like to nothing

I'll lock this thread for now since this issue has been addressed and moderators have come up with a good solution to stop this MrFudged guy from posting

Time to add another username to the nuking bot: help******
It's already in my list and already being nuked. Wink
Now that the bot is handling those spam threads, should I stop reporting them?
P.S: Would be great if you could reply to my PM.
Do as you please, but the bot will take care of an account within ~1 minute of it's creation.

Damn you guys are fast, I am not even getting a chance to report the posts even if I try doing it in 10 seconds after the thread is made, are you guys running a bot to monitor those threads finally?

I already have a bot running that nukes all his accounts that aren't proxybanned, so the spam should stop (until he switches username, as I don't check the patrol page yet, but it will do so in the next update). My bots nukes his new accounts within 2 minutes, usually within 1.

Then if you say he is using TOR and multiple IP why there isn't some kind of filter for spam threads? At the end he posts almost the same thing over and over and if there is a filter it could be possible to slow he down a bit don't you think?
Spam filters would slow down the forum and very hard to keep up with. People will always find ways to bypass them or trick them. So you are wasting resources on a losing battle.

I think Mitchell answer your question directly.... Anyway seems that he doesn't want to give up but i will try to contact the supposed class action admin and explain that one of his friends is spamming the whole thing making the class action more like a try to extorce money, even if still spending over 400.000$ for some miners sounds impossible without getting some kind of big job or big loan

Ok i started checking the twitter account (that was @davidpate8 and @Kncclassaction at the end so i'm going to refer to he using that nick)

The whole thing started as a deal between KncMiners and @davidpate8, this last told that spent +300.000,00$ (I'm not sure if is even true because is tons of money even for me at the end) for the titan machine that was sold by KncMiners, on October 10 2014 (So this fact is one year old, but somehow all the spam for doing so started only this month) he told that wasn't good stuff but was used.

On october 19, @Kncclassaction twitter account appeared and starting with refering an investigation done from the Californa Attorneys for an class action (In fact there is even a website for that class action, but we are going to talk better later)

On october 21 he made a post about MagicalTux suspecting that he is actually running KncMiners and adding the hashtag bankrupt.

On october 23 through @Kncclassaction he used a random news of KncMiners to increase the visibility of his kncclassaction hashtag (and this is the last activity that could need some attention because somehow the only things that happened are some random retwitts and nothing more, i must add that @Kncclassaction last twit was on Febbrary 6)

On november 18 @davidpate8 states that even in the EU he started talking with lawyers for the lawsit against Kncminers

From there on seems that he forgot of the classaction against KncMiners until gen 29 where he tells that he did a partnership with coindesk to cover 1.9 million dollar law suit against KncMiners then another stop talking until April 13 where he says that his lawyers was going to have a talk with Kncminers Lawyer (Because i'm doing the check only on MrFudged aka David pate i'm not gonna check), then another silence break until May 25 where he posts the link to the website (remember that @Kncclassaction last tweet was only on Febbrary 6)

And that's all what i could get from his post history... if somebody notices something else please tell me but let me say 3 things about

1. He states that he paid over 300.000$ for the miners, is that amount of money normal for someone? I don't get the idea of the actual price but it is already a sum of money that could be used for something else or at least he could spent something less.
2. Seems that only he got problems with KncMiners because the only one who spoke after all the media attention was a certain Rune Bergh (Which i can't check because i don't know his language)
3. at the end the hashtag of the class action was used by the @Kncclassaction account and another guy @fudgeyp who seems to be most likely our man but still nothing concrete as a proof that means that he is right....

I see anyway i'm surprised that at least there is some kind of filter for the accounts of those spammers, i hope in the future i would not see another thread of that guy.... because seriously, i was almost on the edge of a rage attack against that guy

Is it possible for you guys to IP ban this guy? Or is he using a VPN? This guy seems pretty sus to me...

Who the heck needs so many accounts? If he's going to sell them, he should at least come up with some good names, not Mrfudged****** (where * is a random number)
Isn't it obvious? I think I've even answered that question here already. A bot in addition to TOR and multiple IPs is what the persom behind it is using. You can't simply IP ban him and get rid of him.

Why waste your time? He's not going to respond as they are all unmanned bot accounts and it's quite clear they all belong to the same person. There's nothing you can do about it so just let the staff deal with them as they appear.

i think you misunderstood what i wrote before, the bot cites not only an bitcoin address but even twitter account, and i was going to ask to the twitter account and not to one of those bots

We are aware of his (new) naming patterns. I'm still not sure what he thinks he is achieving with this. Anyhow, this is usually dealt with swiftly and is not a big issue at the moment.

I see... anyway some kind of checks to see which kind of bot is using for creating/posting all those things is being done? because he seems using a good bot that knows how to turn around and make another wave...

It appears a new name is being used there were 2 threads under names like "KNCEvilUponUs2088" and second it was like it but different numbers.

Basically a updated message looks with different font in places and a tad of ascii art now.   So changing a little bit.

somehow i think we need to update the op adding all the nicks he is using but not the specific one (because you cited twice KNCEvilUponIs2088) and even start to give a look about who exaclty is this son of a spammer that doesn't want to give up

I dont think we need a list of the names. Due to the message you know when you see one.

I wonder though whether the twitter account they link (well actually they link a message) is involved, but I did not contact them. Maybe I will when I see the next spam post.

If you want i will try to contact them to see what the hell is going on and see if are connected or not, even if i would like to see from where he is doing all this dirty things
