what a nice manipulation of the market... and in a few days someone of them will post that mtgox has absolutely no plans to add LTC...
It is a good news for LTC.
If they ever accept LTC do you think we could get them to pay out in Magic: The Gathering cards instead of fiat?

Anyone care to take a guess at what the price will be once it hits? I am going to venture we see 0.03 BTC before it hits and 0.055 first day of trading on Gox.

I agree. I've worked in a lot of institutions where it's typical to get different conflicting answers from different people.
They'll still list LTC soon enough. It will generate tons of trades which equals revenue for them, which they are gonna need to settle their lawsuit.

Seriously, random support people rarely know what's really going on and have a tendency to spout garbage.
Patience is required... MtGox has had some unforeseen issues these last few weeks.

It's true, being sued for $75 million dollars does change ones schedule. I think it was reasonable to be upset at the contradictory twitter updates instead of some sort of public announcement. Especially considering most of their tweets went something like, "We have plans for alt-coins however...." which leaves a lot of room for panic.

If I were being sued for 75 million dollars, I would probably not allocate any time to Litecoin support.
