Anyone maybe know how log it will take Cyrus to read the message ? i send it 02.11.2017
its just been 4 days, give them some time. You won't be getting your account anytime soon as they have a backlog to clear before they reach your request. On Average it will takes around 1-3 months to recover, for me it took at least 35 days if i remember correctly. All you can do is Be Patient.

The account got the password changed in October 14, 2017, 08:24:53 PM. I was only able to find this post where you posted an address so If you could sign a message using that address, you can recover your account by sending a P.M to theymos/cyrus as instructed here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recovering-hacked-accounts-or-accounts-with-lost-passwords-497545

Someone got access to the account and changed the email and password can any admin contact me to get my account back ? Person changed the signature and posting as me on forums.
