I am very sad about what you experience, but there will be no way to return your stolen coins, most likely you have visited phishing sites and hackers have stolen your private key.

The first thing I want to say to you is never to let theft happen again for the future. I think small mistakes must be really and avoid, to anticipate hackers' accounts that roam. Try to be more careful, alert and do not rush into the site. Be patient and don't give up with this incident. MAKE THIS EXPERIENCE LAST AND AS YOUR BEST TEACHER !!

Can you give us more information? What account was hacked? What did you do? I'm pretty sure Etherscan(if you're referring to https://etherscan.io/) was never a wallet service, only a blockchain explorer to trace wallets and transactions.

Actually I have never done trade.  As usual I worked for bounties.  But in the night system was not allowing me to shut down the computer; that was only the difference yesterday.  In the morning when I opened my computer and then only checked coins received from several ICOs were transferred.
the same experience as I experienced, but somehow the lost can not come back again, because for MEW we have to keep or keep our private key, and not carelessly enter our private key, I think this case has a lot of corruption

One of my friends told me that if telegram chat is left open ; hackers can attack using telegram.  Is it true?
In fact, it's impossible, but I advice to check which ports are closed and which ones are open. Find information about it in the search.

I think that you need to track the history of visits at least a week. I can advise you to download a mini antivirus, for example, Dr.Web CureIt or Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool (it helped me get rid of a virus that did not see the base antivirus). In addition, install a known basic antivirus, in which there is protection against phishing. And more, use the Chrome WEb Defender plugin (warns you about going to the phishing website). Be careful and never go to mywallet through a search. Make a bookmark https://www.myetherwallet.com/.

your words are valuable for me friend.  Thanks.  Actually I was satisfied with the protection and secrecy I was maintaining.  But not studying deeply about security was my fault.

Hope the wallet you're referring to is not online wallet? Stay away from wallets without private keys and passphrase ,if you want to hold your coins offline your best bet is paper wallets ,they works best ,totally out of preying eyes or hacking and stay away from spam emails ,its phishing ,it's for luring victims to drop details of there wallets .

All of that is useless, because your coins and cards will not be able to come back anymore, all I can suggest for you now is that you have to be more careful in maintaining your purse. Keep your private key in a safe place. Now you have to create a new wallet and transfer all your belongings to a new wallet.

my etherscan (MyEtherwallet) was hacked coins stolen; little confused and sad;

I suggest that you do not take too long to be sad, leave what has been lost. now you have to create a new wallet and move all your assets into a new wallet.
don't let your assets be stolen by someone else again.

my etherscan (MyEtherwallet) was hacked coins stolen; little confused and sad;
With each passing day, occurrences such as this keep hardening my resolve not to ever use MEW again. Despite all the complexities with downloading keystone file and all that, it proves to still be porous with security of tokens. Sorry about your loss OP but I will advise you to get apps like Imtoken or Coinomi for your ERC tokens. The process is simple but effective to securing your funds with just the passphrase and your password.

We cannot recover the token that have been hacked by anonymous hacker. It will be a lesson to minimize to log in from an anonymous site so that you can not be a victim of phishing sites. I would suggest to you is to have a more backed up wallet to put on it and other another wallet.

You need to learn what mistakes you made and invest in a hardware wallet for sure if you decide to dabble in crypto again. Trezor works well with myetherwallet.
Of course I will use hardware wallet now as suggested.

After watching the history of this thread, I've concluded a few things for you:

1. Etherscan is just an explorer, so it has nothing to do with the hack. You (and anyone) can only use it to watch your address for your complete stats as to how many ETH and other tokens are available in it (just as Read-Only mode in PC).

2. Myetherwallet is a wallet providing service, but they clearly ask you that you should bookmark https://www.myetherwallet.com/, as well, go through the slides and understand how you can stop yourself from being scammed (or your coins stolen).

3. Ask your friend why he thinks that keeping a telegram chat open may get your mobile/PC hacked? I've never encountered such a scenario. The only thing that matters is, if you've put your private key in a chat (sometimes some bots ask it for some giveaway purposes, but stay away from them as they will just swipe your money off a second later you give it to them).

4. Even if you don't have a hardware wallet (best if you could buy one) and if you can't afford to get one, here's a tip for you:

- Save your private key at a safe place and never, ever share it with anybody. Your private key is the only thing that you need to keep safe from anyone in this space, and if you can't do this, I guess you may never be able to safeguard your coins.

- If you're worried about your private key, I'd suggest you go for a Keystore file. You can find more info below:

Quote
Keystore File (UTC / JSON)
This is encrypted by the password you chose.
This is the recommended version to save.
This Keystore file matches the format used by Mist so you can easily import it in the future.
Make sure to have multiple backups.

Definitely it's my mistake; the material which I am reading now I should have read at the start.  Thanks for guiding.

my etherscan (MyEtherwallet) was hacked coins stolen; little confused and sad;

First: Etherscan is a a blockexplorer for ethereum blockchain.
Second: If you have been hacked then there's no way can get it back because its irreversible.
Third: Let this be a lesson to you. Hackers are everywhere so just be careful. Don't click any suspicious link and of course protect you private key. Perhaps you fall for this trap Take care from a update Link on MyEtherWallet on Bitcointalk !

My advice. look you have not indicated your secret code by any chance. You could enter it randomly somewhere. And on the Internet, there are people who only earn money from this. Be careful and attentive. Keep the keys very well. Otherwise, you will remain without any coins)))

My coins were also taken from my wallet (MyEtherwallet). I thought that he was hacked. It turned out not so. I was looking where I could make a mistake. And found a mistake. (MyEtherwallet) is not easy to crack if you do not make a gross mistake yourself.

This is obvious that hackers are always out there looking for account to bug into. Every day past one events or incidents of complaints by account holders crying to being hacked and account compromised by this insane hackers. My advice is this,  before opening an account you are advised to keep your keys secret and to take note or notice of the genuine site as not to fall prey of this hackers,  Avoid mail sent directly to your box requesting you to just click linking you to the main page this is just their tricks in getting your details and get access to your account. I would advise you open another account because using the compromised account would not be safe anymore as they can take advantage of it at any time. Sorry about your coins as it is all gone. You just need to be more careful and protect your private keys and mind your loggings.

You must be strong and find the reason how they can hack your coin. After that, i think you should change your wallet.
