No. Unfortunately, i didn't got my one and only one hero member account back.
It really affect my expenses which i was managing with the help of my signature campaign payouts. , Currently, I am living away from the house in a rented flat whose rent is 4000 INR a month. Also there any other expenses for daily life usable things. I am totally worried, how i can manage them now.
I think admin should notice my condition as early as possible , but he didn't replied me yet. i have sent him many pm's and email's with a signed message as per template needed.

That was very magnanimous of you, hopefully the situation gets sorted eventually. It is difficult when you do a lot of bitcointlk business and participate in campaigns only to have your account lost.

Malicious users have no heart, and they don't care when they ruin somebody's entire life. If you need a little bit of help, I will do what I can. I have known you since I arrived on this forum, and I'd hate to see a friend have troubles where I could help.

Resetting your password via secret question would be a good way to get the hacker out of there, until and admin can address the issue though!

In letyouearn's situation, locking the account is helping him.
His account got hacked, and in order to stop the hacker from accessing the account, resetting the password with the secret question locks everyone out until an admin can address it.
Unless I'm missing something, locking the account was in everyone's best interest until it's back in the original owner's hands.

well then removing the secret question part may prevent them from being locked again. At least, that's what I am thinking
It's a lot easier to auto-lock a feature rather than remove it all together, plus it can be perhaps seen as a honeypot for any would be hackers. The whois information for one of the websites involved was posted on knightdk's post here I believe, however the information is likely to be invalid if he has any sense.

In a database leak secret questions were leaked. Even though they were hashed they could easily be cracked and could lead to a lot of accounts being compromised.Hense, theymos had anyone using the secret question feature's account locked automatically to stop it becoming a problem.

using the secret question to reset your pw will lock your account. its a known flaw.
