Welcome to Bitcoin. It's an amazing adventure that is likely to teach you more about almost everything in life.

For getting started, there are a number of great resources.

Here are some of my personal favorites.

Obviously this Bitcoin forum is a great place to learn. A lot of smart people share their knowledge and wisdom in here.

Bitcoin subreddits have a lot of good conversation and some great conversation about bitcoin. Learn as much as you can in any of these subreddits.

r/Bitcoin: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/
r/BitcoinBeginners: https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinBeginners/
r/BitcoinMining for mining info: https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinMining/

Stacker news is another great bitcoin only place to learn all about bitcoin and if you make valuable posts, you can also earn some sats in the process: https://stacker.news/

Bitcoin Maxi News is a great place to get all of the latest bitcoin news in a single place: https://bitcoinmaxinews.com/

Bitcoin Magazine has the best Bitocin articles from the best writers in the world. Definitely worth spending some time on there: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/

WhatIsBitcoin.com is my own personal project that I am working on building to educate new users and get them up to speed on the basics as well as getting more of them to take the 8 key steps to become a full bitcoiner: https://www.whatisbitcoin.com/articles

BTC Map for finding places to spend bitcoin in the real world. These places can maybe help you find your local community: https://btcmap.org/

Meetup is another great resource for finding groups of local bitcoiners. If you can't find one, maybe you should start one of your own: https://www.meetup.com/find/?keywords=bitcoin&source=EVENTS

You're welcome here and it's for everybody to come here and we'll welcome all of you. And nope, you're not too late to buy bitcoin. It's been said that even like 5 years or more, many have said that they're also late in buying bitcoin.
But if you'll think of it right now, were they late in buying bitcoin back to those years when they said it? No, so just as you when going back to this date and realize the question you've brought up, you'll see that you're not.

It's never too late when it comes to bitcoin investment just don't forget to learn about it first before making any moves with your money. Learning is part of the process no matter where you are or no matter you are because when it comes to any kind of investing your money in the crypto industry, it's not like any other investment method where when you wrongly sent your bitcoins to another address, you cannot get it back and t will be forever lost. that's just one example of it and when you think this thing is complicated and too technical, trust me, it it's not. though you just need to spend some real-time investing in learning first before doing any investment with your money.

You are on the right track on your journey, all journey starts with willingness, you can start by reading and fully understanding Bitcoin's whitepaper

https://bitcoin.org/en/bitcoin-paper

Some or many people already trade or Hold Bitcoin without reading the whitepaper, the best explanation comes from the one who created it nor from people who annotated it.

~snip~
The first part of being able to learn anything is that you first become teachable. You might have your concepts already stock up in your head and am not going to say you discard that but, be upon to new information and keep in mind that, some of what you know now could be wrong. Don't fail to realise that when your hit with what is contradictory to what you think you already know.
Be enthusiastic about the field and know that, though there are a bulk of knowledge on cryptocurrency right here on the forum, you shouldn't limit your learning to the forum. You could study concepts and terminologies that are widely used on the Internet as it all applies here.

Most of all, your welcome on the forum

Hi OP welcome to the forum, of course we welcome you and it's never too late to start investing.
The right step if you come to learn the basics of cryptocurrency here before you decide to invest.
Because cryptocurrency is a high-risk investment, first understand the risks involved so that you are better prepared to invest in Bitcoin.
Keep up your passion for learning basic knowledge about crypto or Bitcoin.
Take your time to read frequently and add to your knowledge from articles on the internet and threads in this forum.
And don't forget to take your time to understand the rules in this forum that have been given by other members because that is also important for your sustainability in this forum.

First, you come to the bitcoin forum, so you must focus on that. before continuing to anything, you must have a bitcoin address, before making a bitcoin address, you must have a bitcoin wallet. this is a very crucial thing that many newbies didn't note after coming to the forum. Many newbie learn which he should not learn.

Newbie must learn how to save his bitcoin 1st before write post here. The newbie must know 1st how to create the wallet offline.

So you don't have to journey anything before knowing what I said above.

So, how can you follow the forum rule if can't create a wallet safe?

believe me, you will be come a spammer, if can not create a bitcoin wallet offline.

You are in the right place to learn about Bitcoin and crypto.

No, it is not too late. You can start your Bitcoin journey at any time.  Wink
The first thing you need to do is to read the pinned messages in this section. There are some threads above, those are very important to read first, mate.

Anyway, it is very good that you have the intention to learn seriously. Not every newbie wants to learn seriously, many newbies just hurry to invest in or trade Bitcoin. I appreciate what you did now, you must focus on learning first and make sure you have sufficient knowledge.

Welcome to the forum, Victorybit1!

If you are thinking of investing in Bitcoin, do not worry, it is never too late to start. But before you jump in, make sure you understand the risks involved. Since you are new, it is best to start small; a few dollars a day (or a week) will do. As you learn more and gain confidence, you can gradually increase your investment over time. Once again, welcome onboard and good luck!

Welcome to the board. Please read a few of the threads that other people have recommended. I'm glad you're considering investing in bitcoin. But, because you're new here, take your time and go through the forum more frequently to learn more about Bitcoin. Learn more about the safest wallets to use, then protect your funds. When you need to know something, you can use the search option here rather than starting a discussion. Simply keep reading some informative threads where you can learn from the forum people who are already quite helpful.
